12:45pmCT.  Caller ID reveals this number; Message left by a fast-paced female voice (voice message captured midway through annoucement) offering reduced rates, this is your last chance...or, something similar.

Received a call from this number 1-2-11. We are on the no call list.

This # showed up on my caller ID.  Didn't answer and they didn't leave a message.  I have come to the conclusion that the no call list is worthless.  When you turn these calls in, they don't do a thing (that I'm aware of).

Message left but it's half-way through already (dorks don't even know how to make their system wait for the answer)...something like lower your interest, final notice, press this to get a rep, press that to remove your name, etc.  CID says "callnotes".

"Rachel" from credit card services is at it again.  We've been on state and federal DO NOT CALL list for years.  According to the FTC website at http://www.ftc.gov/opa/2010/06/asiapacific.shtm :

So what happened after that?

Automated voice about a Visa Card.

On no call list.   This is a scam.

Just got the same automated message from 406-219-2378 from a caller ID of "RESET"

Received a call from (785) 270-9636.  Name given "CallNotes."   No one spoke.   When I called them back I was told "This phone number is no longer in service."

Received call saying they would lower my interest rates on credit card. Said I wasn't interested in doing anything over the phone, so they said they would send me a packet but did not get any mailing information. Sounds like a big scam!!!

a word to the wise:  if you have caller I.D. don't even waste your time picking up the phone ... i get these SCAM calls a couple times a week, every FREEKIN week the numbers CHANGE!!!  there is NOTHING you can do to stop them ... you can REPORT them until you turn blue ... NOBODY can stop them ... the PHONE COMPANIES that give them the phone numbers are facilitating their mission ... which is to get YOUR MONEY ... one way or the other ... apparently there are no limits or boundaries on how many NUMBERS can be given out to how many PEOPLE, as long as these PHONE COMPANIES get paid, they will KEEP giving these CREEPS new numbers so the CYCLE will continue until the end of time ... once i check my caller I.D. and i don't RECOGNIZE the caller, i just turn my RINGER OFF ... last night the '785' number came up three CONSECUTIVE times ... i have ONE credit card and the balance is ZERO ... all i can say to those mindless morons who have nothing better to do with their worthless lives but to harass and annoy innocent people is 'rots-a-ruck SUCKAH <<<

When I answered the phone I could hear background noise, like someone from a call center, I said "Hello" twice loudly, when no one responded, I said "Goodby" loudly and then hung up.  They immediately called back and said "Hello, goodby" and then hung up.  I am on no call lists.  This person or company(Callnotes) is being reported by additional channels.
