Called hung up.

Called early in the morning, left a message of them just going 'AHHHHHHHHH" loudly into the phone with the sound of a call center in the background. So odd.

Call from "Wireless Caller". Call Center for sure, lots of noise in background.  They kept calling my name and asking if I was still living at my address. I just hung up.

I didn't answer.  I never answer this phone because 95% (or MORE) are from telemarketers.  Within minutes a call from an 800 #.  I don't answer those either.

The guy asked for my mom and when I told him "we're not interested," he said he'll try back. What to do with this type of stubbornness... When I tried calling right back to see what company it was, the operator says this number is no longer in service...wth?

Call from this # came in on 02.28.17 at 10:20, PST. CID = Wireless Caller. Antoehr web site reports this is home improvement telemarketer. Blocked

some bag of vinegar and water trolling for unwanted, unsolicited business.

I dont answer telemarketer calls, they got my voice mail, kept calling my name then started whistling. Would block if I had anymore room to do so!

Answered the call---and heard a hang up--called the number right back and it would not ring through---9 minutes later another unknown number  442 226 3000 called and asked for me by name--I did not respond and they hung up--I called that number right back and it was answered as Habitat for Humanity.

A call came in from this number for the first time. I thought it's from someone we knew. The scammer asked if I was "John", I said yes a couple of time. He then said something I could hear clearly but I did say "yes" to his previous question. Now I am worried and pissed as I've just learned the caller is a scammer. He identified himself as something to do with building construction supplier. Beware of this scumbag! When we called back, the recording said the number had been "disconnected". I think the recording is also a fake.

Caller didn't leave a message on my machine and the caller id said "Wireless Caller" which usually means telemarketer/scammer. So I ran 3 reverse traces using 3 different types of traces and all were blocked for a person or business name and the only information was a general location of Salinas, Kansas using a cell phone with 2 service providers of AT&T Southwest and Southwestern Bell. This is definitely a scammer that is either spoofing and/or using a voip system to phish for personal information while running some scam(i.e. Building Contractor?). A legitimate business would never hide their identity and location from the public by blocking a trace. DON'T ANSWER AND DO NOT CALL BACK FOR ANY REASON. Block and report to the proper authorities. Phone companies should be held responsible for these types of calls since they are making money from them by providing the systems and services that these scammers use and possibly farming out numbers too.
