States I owed money from a loan fron Bank North. in 1999 I never made any loan from bank north I am a CU Member. He could not answer any of my questions like, what is Bank Norths number, and when was this opened, and what kinda of loan. He was confussed and said he will call me tomorrow with more info???????????? YEA OK PAL

My husband kept getting calls from this number on his cell phone.  When he answered he'd get silence, then a computer generated voice would say THANK YOU and it would disconnect.  I called the number and when it answered there was classical music playing.  Then a young woman came on (American sounding) and it sounded like she was in an aviary!  She said the name of the company, but with all the bird sounds I had to ask her several times.  Was able to ascertain that she said Kramer, Bains and Assoc. Law Firm Thanked her and hung up.  We have absolutely no reason a law firm would be calling us.

i just got a similar call from Capital Managment out of ny, they to outsource there work to india, what is this world coming to. Indians take all the job thats why we cant pay our bills.

I've started recieving calles from Kramer, Baines and Associates last week claiming I owe the Bank of Delaware  $400.00 + on a mastercard opened in 2001. I have no record of this in my personal files nor in my credit report, which I just pulled last night. Furthermore, I had to file bankruptcy a year and a half ago so any pending debt would have been included and I wouldn't just NOW be recieving some sort of notification about this. When I call and try to leave a message, I get classical music, and if someone pickes up the phone, he is foreign. I called back at one point and the person answering rattled off some other company name, though I couldn't understand what he said. When I questioned the company name, he said yes, it was Kramer, Baines and Associates. I believe this is in fact some sort of a scam. The man's "name" who contacted me is Scott Wilson. Also, he told me he would email me the info and I've yet to recieve anything, even after repeated request that they send it to me. I've been on another page with the same calls, but from the number 866-402-2804. Tonight, I tried again to reach the "firm" to get this info sent, and I've been getting a busy signal all evening. Guess what? This 866 number is also giving a busy signal. Coincidence??? I don't think so.

I have been getting calls from this number saying I owe Bank of Delware $400 for a mastercard in 2001 also. I never had a card then. They are definitely a scam. I told them to send me something in writing and I got hung up on. SCAM!!!

Got three calls in a row today from this number. Looking for my son. Guy sounded like he was from New York, thick accent. I told him to stop calling, these calls were harassing. On the third call he just said, "Hey, if this is not your son and you are keeping him from this call, you will be sending him to court."
What a joke, now these jerks are insulting us! It's always good to check the phone numbers online before you believe anything. Hopefully this is the end of the calls.

Getting calls from this number saying I owe $1000.00 to 1st Bank of Delaware from 2003. They could not provide me with their phone number or address. I ask them to mail me something in writing they said they only send by e-mail never received anything. Called them back was hung up on.

This is 100% down to the T what happened to me...well other than mine was supposedly opened in 2003...when I was 16. I have told them about 20 times (seriously) to take me to court...and they haven't yet?? They are STILL calling me like its their first time to call. From what I have researched, they have a Miami phone number & are based out of the Dominican Republic. You should ask them for their physical address...they won't give it to you! Wonder why?

The caller said he was a Mr. Highlander from Cramer, Baines & Associates and that he was trying to collect a debt. When I called back, they gave me a different birth year and last 4 digits of an incorrect SS# as identifiers that this was "my" account. I told them that they had the wrong person, yet they called back again today.

Got the same call as everyone else from Mr. Wilson and Mr. Gibbs.  They said I owe $ to First bank of Delaware for a card in 2001.  I forwarded everything to my lawyer, FBI and NYS Attorney General...they said it is a scam.  A Florida number, base din DR and with a PO Box in upstate NY.  They are on to them, so just wait.  I call back everyday and torture them.
Report it to FBI and your state attorney's office to stop this

kramer and Baines and is nothing but a scam.  cases from 2001 to now 2011 is more than 7 year statute.
I also received a call from mister wilson said to me stop  b******* yes he use profanity and that is a violation he could never send me proof regarding the bank of delaware mastercard that I've never had. under the fair credit act protection I didn t find them. and you're right they won't give an address because more than likely to based out of the states and have the nerve to ask me your email address. and for the record that mister wilson was the extreme a******with no knowledge that protection for consumers they leave threating messages which is a violation.  they claimed I owe 1000 they offered me 500 and a supervisor got on the line and offered me 150 dollars to settle.  I said no show me the proof and a call was terminated based on multiple violations and lack of the call was terminated.  I'm still do my research to get back at them.

these idiots keep calling me as well. i filed a complaint with my state attorney generals office and they had their letter returned due to a false address which was the one in upstate ny. i was told that they couldnt do anything without a correct address. does anyone have this?k,b and assoc. are nothing but scam artists who i believe are linked to the p.n. financial group.

I have been getting calls from Kramer Baines and Associates for years.  After they have threatened to arrest me, send me to prison, that they are going to take me to court, call me all hours of the night and day, told me that they were a law firm and use prolific profanity while on the phone with me (all of which is against the Fair Collections Practice Act), I finally got an address for them P.O. Box 663 Grand Island, NY 14072.  I looked up the address and got Green Line Financial Services.  I called their main number and they never heard of me or Kramer, Baines and Associates.  I have sent them a verification letter and a stop calling letter, but I know that they have never received it because Green Line verified that the PO Box belongs to them.  I have recorded all phone calls I get from them and reported them to the FTC, hopefully, more people will do this and the FTC will stop them.  Please report them.

They are a bunch of scammers who's Mothers should all get [***] cancer.  When they call they all speak like morons.  I know the Feds are on to them because they recently asked me to send them all the info I had gathered.  They will get them.  They are based out of Devonshire, DR....just a matter of time SCUMBAGS

Kramer'Baines & Associates keep calling me about some person who owes them money - told them she doesn't live at that number nor do I even know the person.  They got heated about it and kept on asking me if I knew the person - I kept saying I do not know of this person - don't call me again.  Needless to say they still keep on calling me.  With all of the complaints I've read about these people why hasn't something been done about it.
