I received the following message from someone calling from this number:

"This is an important message for you.  I'd like you to call me back at 786-259-6856 to resolve a legal issue that needs your immediate attention. Once again, that number is 786-259-6856.  Please call back right now."

It was a female voice, but notice that she left no company name, no personal name--not even a first name.  She is
quite convincing in voice as she implores you to call back to resolve a legal issue.  But notice that she doesn't say that the legal issue actually involves you.  It is just a legal issue.  SCAM ALERT!

I have no legal issues....so this is a phishing call trying to entice gullible people to call back.  DON'T DO IT!

I got the same call twice today. The first time I did not answer. I am not calling them back.

Received the same message and called back.  Reportedly the IRS legal department.  Issuing warrant for arrest for non payment.  Would not provide name or badge number.  Reported call to IRS fraud bureau.

Same message left on my phone today around 11:45 am. I called number back a few min ago out of curiousity, there was a voice mail telling me to leave a message after the beep. Same voice as person that called and left message.

I received a similar call from this number saying it was about a "vewy" important issue... and that if I am too busy to call back, to have my attorney call back for me or else it would "end up in a legal mess" for me.  The caller said his name Mike Hall from the Department of Treasury about an enforcement action spotted on my name.  Needless to say, the male caller sounded foreign, and spoke very broken English.

I called back, and asked who it was, they answered "lick my a$$".

I just got the same call. The needs your immediate attention version. Again no identification of who is calling and whom they are calling.

Got the same call today

Received same voicemail with female speaking.  Very important legal matter-did not identify company or who they were calling.  I think these are the same foreign scammers now using American female voices for their messages to get people to call them back.   Everyone has caught onto their old tactics-male callers with foreign accents, broken English, threatening people with lawsuits, arrest etc for loans,check fraud etc.   Do not call them back.

I got the call 3 different times. Foreign male voice. Said he was from the Department of Legal Affairs
Gave out this number to call back. After the third time I Googled the number and saw all the similar posts! I didn't call back

Total scam from some scumbag. Don't believe it or even waste your time calling it back.

they asked for my name I told them they called me then I gave my first name and they gave the wrong last name.  I hung up they called back 2 hours later I now have call them every 5 minutes knowing its a scam and will continue to do that through the night have fun wasting their time and to better.

My landline too. Can't down load my info, so why not have fun  bugging them. If every one hit redile every 5 minutes, their system would be overwhelmd

He answered and said the reason he was calling was he was coming to f... Me tonight.  Then said, should i drive my BMW or Lexis.  Said don't care if you call news or IRS. Won't stop me.

Caller identified as "Michael Hall" but in a heavy Indian or Pakistani accent.When I asked for a call back number, he hung up.  Calls to the number are not answered.  This was a phishing call.

I got the same call as those above from  a female voice imploring me to cal back about a very important legal issue or to have my lawyer call back. If I do not call back I will be in a big legal mess.

This same # 7862596856 .... says calling from legal affairs.., Irs... with a accent from either India or Pakistan. The call was extremely disturbing; says if I do not pay... a case that was resolved with the IRS on my tax return. I owe the IRS nothing.. and they insisted with this scam call trying to make me ill. Told them will call the IRS about the case, and the lady put me to a gentleman with the same kind of accent, says they are from Legal Affairs in Washington and if I do not pay up will be arrested ect..a very long conversation. I was told by someone in the professional field to put the # on Goolge it is a SCAM and found others with the same experience. Please ! we want the USA Government to go after these criminals whom are trying to rip off innocent Americans over here. They steal our information from the WEB.., and is trying to use it to steal from us innocent Americans who work hard for our funds...The IRS do not call someone's home for funds ect.....They send letters...Report fraud...This is all a fraud trying to rip us all off...

These people with the foreign accents are among the same associated with payday loan scams.   There is a whole section listed in here regarding these type of scams.    Please be aware of all these types of scams.   Stories are always changing-these people claim to be law enforcement agents, lawyers, government officials etc.   Do Not contact them!
