caller does not leave message and calls at inappropriate times

They have called repeatedly after being told not to do so anymore.  They speak no english and cannot even tell me the address where they are located.

Received a call about 10:30 AM on a weekday said hello for 10 seconds nobody answered so I hung up.

called me at 11:10 am i didnot answer

called me at 12.03 p.m.; I did not answer; this caller did not leave a message when I let my answering machine take the call; Indianapolis, IN USA

number keeps calling and never leaves a message. how do i stop these scammers from calling.

They keep calling me as well. Never leaves a message!

Called and said someone in my family had a hip replacement. Ah..no. hung up on his Indian nonspeaking English [***]

Called and asked questions in regards to if I had had hip replacement surgery, used Birth control pills and so on.  

It was me hahahaha

Make  them STOP!!!!!!!

I have received calls from the number claiming to be both with calling about Windows AND a Mark Taylor asking about previous surgeries (more than one type)  They call my private work line and I have demanded to be removed but to no avail. I've received at least four calls from them in the past few weeks.  When they claim to be from a medical company, they sound as if they have my medical records.  The area code is Miami but the connection is always bad and it's always the same guy who sounds like he's in India.

Calls repeatedly and never leaves a message. If I answer, they hang up.  Very aggravating.

I received two calls from this number at 4:11pm and 4:12pm on June 12, 2014 the first one said it was from Florida and the second one from Russia WTF?  stup! They left no VM I also missed both the calls so I am unsure what they wanted.  Sucks that we have people getting paid to call and annoy us

They must be able to find out if you have had hip surgery. They are persistent [***]. After I told them I don't need them they called back and kept telling me, "We get you big money for your surgery" in broken English. Bet they are in India and not South Florida.

Keep calling him back and tie up his line, see how he likes it. Block your number first.

This a**hole calls me and harrasses me. So just now i told him everything I could think of including what he can do to his mother and his sister at the same time.

I received a call from 786-261-0539 and the guy could barely speak English. Started out saying that he understood that I had previously had a hip replacement.  When I told him that wasn't true, that's when he started becoming abusive in his language.   Everything I said, he repeated back like some child.  Obviously some serious brain damage in his case!  So, after calling him a few nasty names, I hung up.  

I received a call stating it was from Russia lasting 16 sec. Suppose I answered it out of curiosity,  a man with thick accent said hello a few times and hung up.
