Indian guy keeps calling leaving messages that I'm under investigation
And I have to call him back, he also states that he is from Anderson law firm.
After a little research this is scam don't answer the phone

Dont answer...indian guy left me a message and said my social security number was under investigation. i called them back and they gave me what they said was a case number and a badge number. He said i got a loan from cash advance america and i didnt pay back. He said i owe 3000.00 and i can set up a payment plan. He wanted my bank info. I know i didnt get a loan from a cash advance place so i told him i let my lawyer take care of it. He also stated he is calling from Anderson law firm.

I recieved another call from them today ge said his name
Was jack Daniels and that a warrant was going to be issued for my
Arrest and sheriffs where going to be knocking on my door
I saved all the voicemails don't answer there calls or call them back .

Absoulutely ridiculous that we have to put up with someone calling us on our own phone on our own home where we pay the bills on. I felt so violated he kept harrassing me. NEVER agree to anything anyone tellsyou like that. I sure didnt. He got one heck of an ear full.

I got the same call.He first said his name was Thomas Wright then Eugene Baker. Sounded like the same man. He was very rude and kept telling me to calm down, but I was extremely calm. Swore at me several times and told me to apologize. Told me I wld bevsited by the sherrif. I never had aash dvance. They also use #818-806-3354.How do we stop this?

I received two voice messages on 9/9 from this Indian guy who said his name was Cliff Hill. He was very hard to understand.  Both messages said he was from Anderson Law Firm, and that my daughter (he also had HER name) had committed financial fraud using my name. He was not professional in tone or verbiage. He said that I must call her immediately and tell her to contact him.  He also requested that I call him right away.  I did try to call him back at the number given, however it said the mail box was full. After reading the above posts, I am glad I did not try to call him again!

caller had my ssn and stated i was being sued by someone and he was a paralegal from anderson law firm - he sounded foreign and did not want to answer any questions - i terminated the call

I got a call today saying I'm being sued for using a social that wasn't mine then when I asked again what I am being for money laundering (spell check) accepting a $300.00 loan and the only way I would not go to prison was if I gave him $800.00 within 30 mins he would not give me any information about where I supposedly got a loan from he only gave me a case number that was the first call he called back 30 mins later asking for money threatening to put me in prison for 4 years and that the police were on their way if I didn't pay at least $400.0 I asked for his name he said he was Eugene Baker from a law firm I asked which one and to spell it he said it was Endinson Law Firm I told him I would return his call so 10 mins later he called again by that time I was at the Sheriff Station once he was informed of that he got hostile and irate and claimed I didn't need to be there because he was an FBI Agent I told him I knew he was a fraud and that I'm not gonna pay cuz I would see him in court he told me no need cuz he was gonna be at my door now after he finished telling me he was in Miami FL I live in California after a lot of yelling back and forth he hung up on me I haven't heard from him yet...so don't answer a call from 7862755079 or +7(862)755-07-9 cuz Eugene Baker the operator/lawer/FBI Agent is a fraud/suffering from multiple personality disorder lol

I received a call from 786-275-5079 at my home, my cell, and work number.  Said he was Eugene Baker from Anderson Law Firm and that my SS# was being investigated.  He then transferred me to some other person saying that he was a restitution officer.  Told me that he needed to read some legal paper and that I should not stop him at any moment until he was done.  I said, you are aware I am at work and I will have to stop you to take care of incoming calls.  He then said to call him back when I was not busy and then hung up.  Both males had a very heavy indian accent and were hard to understand.  The Eugene Baker subject was very rude and had no idea why he was calling and would not explain the reason I was being called for.  When I said that they should mail me any legal documents, he went on a rant that if I wanted to pay thousands of dollars in legal fees and face possible arrest and incarceration. Kept asking me for my lawyer's name and phone number also.

This person named "Kevin Jones" keeps calling my place of employment stating it's in reference to a dire manner.  I want them to stop calling my work!!!

I don't know who these people are.  They keep calling my place of employment and I've asked them to stop and they won't!!  Please stop them.

I am furious! These a..holes keep calling my work! Scam scam.. Michael Vincent ( mother....er) called my cell three times leaving a voicemail with a heavy accent saying my Ssn is under investigation! I call back cussed him out and they hung up. I called bk and now the number is disconnected. Wow gt a job like the rest if the world!

I got a phone call from a man named Doug Douglas and he stated he was with Anderson Law Firm and I borrowed money from a company called Cash Advance America and I had 30 minutes to pay back 510 dollars or they were going to send a warrent to my workplace They knew my social security number my email address and my girlfriend's number I kept asking questions about the loan and they would not answer the questions they kept saying did I want to dispute the case or resolve the case out of court when I kept asking questions they told me I was wasting their time and I was being immature about the whole thing
I would like to know what can we do about this?

This number keeps contacting the business line that I work for.  I have no idea who this company is and they can't keep calling here.  I talked to the person the first time and explained to them I didn't know who they were looking for so then he started asking me what my name was so I hung up.  Then they tried calling back but I kept ignoring the calls.  They tried to call back 11 times!  This is ridiculous.  They need to stop calling here!!!!

Getting calls from Jonothan Knight from the Anderson Law Firm on my cell and AT WORK. Saying I intentionally ripped off some cash advance place. Told me I would have to face the legal actions. Told him BRING IT ON cause he is full of [***]!! He has called 4 more times since and I want it to stop!! I wish I could see this guy face to face!!

Okay so what the hell do we do about these people? They are driving me crazy they are calling my work number and harassing me with the same threats. If they keep calling my work number I am going to get fired wtf do I do? Please someone help me/us?

This sh#& head just called me back saying he now is now someone else but still trying to threaten me with charges if I dont pay him money. I was told that we all need to go our local police departments and file harrassment complaints and that he has our Social Security numbers so if we file complaints, and he uses the numbers, they wont hold us responsable. Also if we call the 3 credit agencies, ie: Equifax etc, and tell them whats happening, they can put a freeze on our social numbers and credit but set up a pin/password that we would have to give when we want to use them. It seems like a pain, but its worth it to stop lcheats like this lazy prick! I will be calling the Miami Florida police as well, since thars where his number is from, and will not stop until this a#@hole pays for doing tthis to us all and everyone he managed to get money from and especially those who dont even know ge was a scammer or just thought they couldnt prove that he was a scammer. I just received two phone calls (one at work and one on my cell) from an Indian guy stating his name Jonathan Knighton from Madison Law Firm....but looking at other posts maybe he said it was Anderson Law Firm. He left two messages stating my SS# is under investigaton and I need to call him back as soon as possible and I don't I will be sued.  He said my attorney or I need to contact him at 786-275-5079 or bad things will happen and this is not a joke! Seriously?!!!! This is ridiculous!
