Called office 3-18-2009. Most of all calls are computer generated and attached to all phone systems: voice & cell. Its time to take back our systems for consumer safety.

he called me with the same message but this time it was for contractors, and it was a 10.00 offer. He said in the area as well to. I am in the process of finding who this is.

Got a call from Anthony from number 786..369.7442 from elocal that he has exclusive offer for window cleaning...and he wants only $5.00 per client he wnats to call back at this number....888.6215034.....come on!!!!

Received a voice message last night from "Anthony" that stated he needed my help immediately because he had several prospects that were looking for Real Estate in my area.  He left a toll free number to call back on and said that he would be @ his desk first thing this morning. He said that he could send the prospects to my Real Estate office for a $10 per person referral fee.  Obviously, I didn't call him because you can not pay for prospects.

Called my business line at 8:17 pm and did not respond to greeting.  I tried twice.  After a long silence I hung up.

Nearly no one gets fined.  Yes, Direct TV and Comcrap have recently, but who else?

The best you can hope for is to the the RBOC to turn off their service, but this is very rare too, and for two reasons.  First, the RBOCs don't want to do it, starting from the research into the problem.  The more important issues is that they mostly use VoIP over PRI.  As such, they can spoof the caller ID, and the complaint cannot even go back to the company doing the bad stuff.

Just show us ONE company you had fined.  Then you can give lessons to everyone else, because YOU ALONE are the only person winning.

Use Obama's name to act as if they are acting on his behalf regarding loan modification. To negotiate your loan - be smart do it yourself! You would have to pay them upfront.
