3 calls so far today..no msg left..I never answer, but am sick of it !

     I have been getting calls non-stop from this number.  I want it to stop - I have had enough.  I do not know anyone in Miami Beach.  They do not leave a message.  I know it is a scam of some sort.  I do not answer.  Hopefully they will give up.  I am getting phone calls like this from about 4 different numbers about 25 times a day for the last two days.  Somehow my number is being shared.  A friend had it happen to him and said after about two weeks it all stopped.

9 calls today since 2:30pm!!!!! It needs to stop! I answer and all they ask is 'Are you looking for a loan?' I say no, they hang up. I called them back to say I didn't want them calling anymore and they do not acknowledge.  I'm done!!!

They  keep calling me telling me I got approved for a loan of 5k which I don't understand what's up with this [***]  waste of time

Do any of you have Iphone or MacAir?  Since an error box came up to call an 800 # number while on Safari (which I should have not called) , I started to get calls from this number, 209 813-4822, 786-373-3044 and 818-922-6944, alternating callers all morning.

If the error box you're talking about referred to a virus or problem with your Mac or iPhone, it's a scam. By calling the number you most likely validated your phone number with the scammers, so you will probably get calls from other number for a while. IF you never answer calls from unknown numbers and NEVER call back, the calls will eventually stop.

I can attest to that. It's aggravating, but it will stop. Oh, and your iPhone probably has a built-in blocking option, so look into that. You can block each number after the first time a call comes in from an unknown number where no message is left or if the message appears to be from a scammer.

i got the big screw they called from786-373-3044 stating they were from moneyloans.com  also sister company to cashadvance.com stated i was pre-approved for $5000 loan they transfer call to loan rep who advise you to make a moneygram payment which after you send pmt you find out is a prepay rushcardlive they tell you the pmt is included in your loan amount and is refunded with loan money. after you make the first mistake and send the moneygram they then have another person tell you now theres a bank transfer fee and request additional funds. again saying is refunded in loan money transfer back to you just minutes after you complete transaction. after you are stupid enough to send money twice you hold for info to get funds sent to you also through moneygram they com back to line and request more money saying pay the fee or you loose what you already paid. i looked up website it had another phone 800-444-9706 i called hem to ask for refund since i did not get loan and they say not there problem someone is saying they are them but there website states your info is secure. moneygram 800-444-3010 refused refund said call card companys called both rushcardlive888-569-7730 no live rep so filed fraud report on line and sent email and univision877-883-6688 they froze the card so the funds couldnt be removed adv file a police report. but didnt offer a refund. if the funds are on card and frozen why not refund to me. everyone states will note numbers are scam fraud. but no one is being held reponsible and im out $509. i also filed a fraud report with federal trade commisson and a police report is being filed tomorrow since the department was closed. moneyloans.com should be responsible since they connected my info with the loan company claiming to be them and there website advertises i secure info. when you need a loan  you should not be paying the loan company. they also refuse to send you paperwrk til loan is complete but make you believe over and over, they are not a scam... i hope no one else is a desparte as me.to be taken advantage of.  scam scam scam 786-373-3044 website a lie 800-444-9706 also refuse to give there name. but sy the are legit. not if you are give me back my f-n money.

Three calls today.  Didn't pick them up and no voice mail!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How in the world do you shake these scammers.  Have had calls at 11:50; 12:31; 1:08; 1:31 and 1:48.  I am so sick of these creeps!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I block this phone number 786-373-3044 and a few minutes later get calls from 419-496-2546.  This happens over and over and over again from.  I have scammers calling me constantly.  What a ring they have going.

Mistake No. 1: Answering an unknown number. Puts your phone on the "live phone" list.
Mistake No. 2: CALLING BACK. Cements your number on the "live sucker" list.

Don't answer. Don't (ever) call back.

They're criminals. They won't honor your request to stop calling, especially after you validate your phone number with them.

This is the 2nd week this number came up but no messages.

I have to ask because I to feld for this yesterday. Did you ever get ur money back?

Most phones have a call blocking. Use it!

Scammer legit and very enethical people are working from behind the computers

They called me 3 times today - every half hour or so. I didn't answer any of the calls because they are all identified as "no name".  They speak with an Indian accent.  The second 2 calls left messages.  First message - I have been approved for a loan of $1,000.  Call back for more information.  Second message - I've been approved for a loan of $3,000 with my monthly payment being $200 or so per month.  Call back for more info.  They are calling again as I write this.  Maybe I'm approved for $10,000 now!  :)  They know my first name.  It is very annoying to receive these calls every half hour.  I'm going to report them to the FTC, check my credit reports and block that number.

I've been getting numerous calls from these scammers. I've told them that if they ever call again that they'd be hearing from my attorney. Interesting thing about it though. It may be a coincidence, but the calls started shortly after I sent a request for a home loan to Quicken.com. That has to be how they got my number, because I very rarely give my number to anyone.
