Got 3 calls from this number. I reported

WE also got a call and no message was left.  When you call back, it says circuits are busy, try later....

I just gota call on my cellphone and when I called back, the same circuit busy recording. that why I am Google trying to figure out who called.

I received a call from this number 786-378-5300, caller ID says PAI, he asked for my name and I said," what is yours first?" He wouldn't answer me. I asked for his supervisor and he would not allow it. I asked for a number to call his supervisor and he gave me a number that went to a gentlemen from New Jersey who states that he has been getting harassed by the same people and he usually tells them to [***] off. I told the indian male subject how did he get my number? Of course no response. He had an Indian accent and confirmed it when he said he was calling from India. Definitely not a spanish accent because I am spanish myself. I know the area code is a Miami area code commonly used by cell numbers. When I call the telephone number back from the caller ID it states all circuits are busy. I google the number from caller ID and it's amazing how many people have this problem. My telephone number is not listed and it is also on the do not call list. I believe these people are obtaining telephone numbers and e-mail addresses for example if you have something for sale listed on an internet ad. I had my motorcycle for sale on Motorcycle Trader and I had received so much garbage mail, bogus checks, and odd telephone calls. There must be a way to report this to the federal trade commission or FCC.

Got a call from that number.  I did not pick up as I have been getting numerous phone calls from different numbers I do not recognize for the past couple of months.  When I try to search to see who these numbers belong to, I am unsuccessful.  It is frustrating.  I am on the Do Not Call list, but it doesn't seem to do any good.  There must be a way to stop these callers.  The phone company tells me there is nothing they can do.  How about some government agency?

Have been getting this number on my caller ID and Ihave no idea why.  The phone they are calling is a phone number that I do not give out and that 3 people know.  Its my alarm and Tivo line.  Weird.

These people are frauds evry few months they start calling my job with a different story to get me to pay money that I don't owe. When I call them out on how they are harassing me and I am going to report them they stop calling for a few months then start back again. The accent is so distinct you already know who it is they call from 786-422-7310, 786-378-5300, 786-378-5343. How annoying they call my job back to back. They need to be stopped.

My husband got a call from this company. A gentleman asked for someone with a name similar to mine, and then asked if we knew soomeone else, same last name. I called the number back and it gave me the same recording about all circuits busy. They gave the impression that something was wrong with a relative of ours.

I just got a call from this person. He had an accent, Indian, i think. It is unbelievable what these people would do to scam. I have a posting online with my resume because I am looking for work. He calls me once with a private number and I do not answer. He calls me a second time with his number shown and I still don't answer. He calls me a third time and I decide to answer it. He knows my name and he wants to offer me a job. Wow. He found my resume. What a freaking scammer. I called back and I got the recording that all circuits are busy. I looked online and found nothing on it; only this. He called me from two separate numbers. 786-378-5300 and 786-378-5343.

i got 2 calls from these two numbers saying that they are litigators about a case. 786 378 5300   786 378 5373. be careful guys probably scammers the caller id showed PAI

i got a call from the same number ordering me to fax the my credit card info with my exp date and address. They knew my name and was yelling at me telling me that I had three options such as go to court. He had an accent.

A man with a heavy accent called and told me that I need to fax my credit card info to pay a debt. he said he would issue a termination letter to my employer. He starts yelling at you.

They called me today with a recorded message and a 5 digit reference number.  The recording said it was regarding my KMart credit.  I have never been in any kind of credit situation with KMart and can honestly say I have been in a KMart maybe 10 times in my life.  I "have until November 2 to respond".  Clearly some kind of fraud.

Got a call in our law office ... said they were from AT&T investigating some "irregular activity" on our line.  When I started questioning them they hung up.  Called back the number and of course, all circuits were busy.

These are 'not-so-good' scammers who obviously run away when it gets too hot !!

I initially received a call from 876-593-6265- Caller ID- Kingston, CB. The caller told me I had won $455,000 from Publisher's Clearinghouse. He asked if I was married, had a credit card and bank account. He then told me I was responsible for the $19,000 in taxes due on the prize and asked if I was prepared to pay. I told him nice try and hung up. He immediately called back and asked why I had hung up and I told him because it was a scam and that I was reporting it to the police. A moment later I received a call from 786-378-5300- Caller ID- PAI. My wife answered and informed the caller that I was on my way to the police department to report a phone fraud. It was the same caller with his distinctive accent. I have reported this incident and I hope they catch the SOB.

I just recieved a call from this number, he asked for me by surname, he was trying to collect on something that had nothing to do with me. Tried calling back to inquire how they got my name and info. All I got was abusy signal. Name on caller ID said,"PAI" be aware!

Just called my office line.  We have 4 people here.  He said he was calling for me, using my regular common nickname that my friends call me, not my formal name that would be tied to an account.  Said he was from citibank who I don't use.

When the person in my office who answers calls asked him what this is regarding, he hung up!  what wimps...

have received several calls.  have not answered. indicates PAI on caller ID.  no message left

As of 1/4/2010,they are still in the business of harrassing with the same phone number.  Why have they not been stopped by the Feds?
