They sent me a text saying to call that number,  but I never owned a Harris Bank account,  so I know it's a Phishing scam.   Do not EVER call back numbers like this one because they are from con-artists who are trying to lure unsuspecting people into giving them their account information.  They dont know whether or not you have a Harris account,  but they send these type of text to masses of people because if even a small percentage of people respond,  it still gives them an opportunity to try scamming an unsuspecting person out there.

Running an HSBC phishing scam out of this same number. The source was from an email address which contained my phone number with the last 4 digits missing (all 0's) and the first 6 digits of my HSBC account number with the last of the numbers shown as X's. They probably pulled the info from a credit reporting service or similar.

I don't know if the other posters here are T-Mobile customers but I am and I've been getting these phishing texts for months now.  I called T-Mobile and they put a fix in that worked for a little bit but now it's back to the same old, same old.  It's RIDICULOUS.  And annoying.  And a whole bunch of other things that propriety prevents me from writing!

I get the same msg to my tmobile phones (work and personal), it is a scam to get hold of your ssn and bank id so they can create another card and go on a spending spree.  reported it to do not call gov.  i got this for citi bank a couple of months ago (dont have a citi acct) and now got it for hsbc acct.

Got one as well. I also have t-mobile.

Same story.  T-mobile.  I actually do have an acct with HSBC.  I thought it was real.  Thank goodness I googled it in advance.  They've been sending me texts for weeks.  Any advice???
