Received call from this number, did not recognize it, I hit the green button then immediately the red button. I'm not about to waste my time on what is probably spam, though it is worth while to report to others.


"SECC" appeared on the display.

I have received several calls in the last three weeks from this number. SECC is on the called ID. I answered the phone today, and it was a "pharmacy" peddling drugs.

Got a call from this number today at 12:15!
and when I tried calling back it said
"all circuits are busy."

I was away from my desk when a call came in to our office. I tried calling back and got the "all circuits are busy now" message.

SECC what ever that is...I screen all calls, this one followed one from phoenix Arizona.  no message, no call back!

It is a terminal voip phone for voipraider.com
I am a voipraider subscriber, I called home, later when i was checking my caller id, this number was there...
So... Mystery solved...
Therefore, if someone calls you through voipraider or any Betamax's voip softwares  this CID will be displayed...

Got a call from this number today.  Recognized the number as a Miami area code.  Since I am close to Miami and looking for a job I answered it.  The person on the other end wanted to offer me "benefits" related to a credit card I have.  I told her I was not interested and she kept pushing.  I told her no several times then finally asked to speak to her supervisor.  No response after that.  Don't know who they are or what they want but they have a hard time hearing the word "no."

Rev'd call 07/06/09 at noon. Two rings, then hangup. Tried calling back but "all circuits are busy" recording played. Called the 800 number another poster left. Did get answer from someone speaking Spanish. Could not understand what they were all about. She mentioned something about long distance...I don't know.

someone called my mom from this number and told her that im a bad daughter that they dont know who i really am and all these things. i dont know how to find out who this is ... and when i call back they say.. all circuits are busy

A woman called from this number and said our office was entitled to a promotion of 70% off our phone provider.  When I asked her who authorized the promotion she said her company was offering the promotion on behalf of our phone company.  To that I said - which provider was it since we have 2.  She said - AT&T, right?  I told her - you tell me since you are saying they authorized you to relay a promotion on their behalf.  Then she hung up on me.
I know they are just doing a job and I feel bad giving them the run around but it was 9:30 in the morning.  I didn't even get through my first cup of coffee here at work yet.

Received a call from 786-422-7310 and 786-378-5395. I tried calling them back and kept getting the all circuits are busy message.

I have Vonage for my business. I also have a virtual number in (954) associated to my account. When someone calls my virtual Vonage number, it appears on my caller ID with the number 786-422-7301, so it must be something the voip whatever it is puts there.

They just tried to nigerian scam me, telling me I won a sweepstakes!! LOL

Got a call from 786-422-7310.  I did not recognize the number but the caller ID said SECC.  I answered and they asked for me.  Told them was not there and took a message.  They said it was Nicole from a company called A1.  I asked if just A1 and she said yes, just A1.

I got a call from 786-422-7310. The call ID says: SECC. I answered and the lady on the phone ask if there are anybody that speak Spanish. I tried calling them back and kept getting the all circuits are busy message.

Just got the illegal call here.  The number is on the Do Not Call List.  When will the criminal behavior stop?

My sister called from her cell and left a message on my answering machine...  I didn' answer right away because I didn't recognize the number (my caller ID read SECC 786.422.7310) but picked up when I recognized her voice. I asked her where she was calling from and she said from her cell...  I told her what the Caller ID said and she thought that quite odd, as did I...  I don't know what carrier my sister uses but will ask the next time we speak.  If it is Vonage, I guess I have my answer...
