FBI scammer calling to get money from you, This number is a Ymax commuication number (AKA Magicjack)

I got a call 08-30-2011 from a man named James Anderson claiming to be with the Federal Credit Bureau. He gave me my social security number, street address, and phone number and the last four digits of a bank account he said I had. He had a very very thick middle eastern voice, making it almost impossible to understand. He said I owe Meta Bank $452.00 and I broke the Federal Law although he couldnt even tell me what law I broke.Pissed off I told him he sounds like a scammer to me, and he's crazy if he thinks Im going to send him a penny. He said Im not asking for money im trying to help you avoid having to pay thousands of dollars in attorneys fees. He quickly said one of his investigators was calling and hung up on me. So I called him back at the number on my caller ID 786-441-9598, and James Anderson happened to anwser addressing himself as the Federal Credit Bureau. I asked for his address and I made him spell it=== 128 Dudchess Lane, Kissise Florida 23235. When I did research I believe he meant Duchess lane, and Kissise Florida is actually Kissimmee. You would really think that they could  spell their phoney address correctly. I then told him to give me the full account number that I supposedly owe on, he quickly said my manager needs to speak to you and click I was there talking to who knows who. His accent was worse than the first guys. I told him that I didnt appreciate their call and that I was reporting them. I asked to talk with someone who spoke better english, he then very clearly said " your not fooling me you understand exactly what Im saying", B******* I said and hung up!!! Now im concerned how they knew my address, social security number, bank account number, and phone number. These two guys need to be locked up and I intend on helping them to get this accomplished!!!!!

Got a call from these people.  They claimed to be from the Federal Credit Bureau.  They said I took a loan from some bank in the bahamas and never paid it back.  They were calling to let me know about the pending legal action.  They would give me 1 final chance to clear up the matter with them or it could go for further legal action.  I told them to forward it for further legal action.  They couldn't tell me how much the loan was for or when I took it out.  Nothing but a scam to scare you into giving them money.

Did you ever hear back from them?  I keep getting the same call and they won't leave me alone.  Did you get any help from anyone?

I got the same call today and the same man James Anderson left me a message having my address, last four of my social, etc... I can't believe these freaking people.... OMG!!!

Dragged you to the courthouse huh? LOL what by your scamming hair?

Stop trying to trick people out of money and get a real job in your own country.

What you might try is telling the local phone company that they are running a business from a residential service. If Ma Bell does their job, they will call these people. Once they answer as a business, their service will change to commercial usage. Their rates will go up and some Bells publish all commercial addresses.
