Called me today - nobody there for about 5 secs - so as I'm hanging up, thought I heard someone. So,  called back and I got a click, click,  dial tone. Came up IntelConnect on my caller ID. It

Kept calling me back and hanging up. I blocked this #,

Said "hello" 3 times before anyone came on the line.  Guy with a heavy accent said he was calling because I filled out a survey about wanting to go back to school, and he could help me find financial aide.  I asked to have my phone number removed, but he persisted that it was a free service and there was no obligation.  I again said I wasn't interested and to please remove my phone number.  We'll see.

I answer the phone and no one said anything. I hung up and called back and there was 'elevator music' playing.

Called 2 times so far today...

no msg left, always a hang-up call.

Has called me 3x since yesterday. Missed both calls yesterday. Called me again this morning and I picked up, no one was on the line and then the phone hung up on me. Called back and it was elevator music playing.

This number has called me three times today and I answer and no one is there. I saw hello 3 or 4 times and nobody.....I try and call back and get music playing that's it.

This number belongs to a company called Itel-Ip not sure what they are attempting to do but they are located in miami dade county zip code 33128. I do not know if it is to commit fraud or telmarket. Anyone else with more information please post

same here....very frustrating....how do I block this call...They call every day a few times a day.

I get the same thing. They call me and when I call back, all I hear is elevator music. I am on the "Do Not Call" list so I don't know how these people are getting my number! Make them stop!!
