I am also getting calls from this phone number a lot...at least 2 times a day. If I answer, it is silent then disconnects and if I don't answer, it usually calls me right back. Annoying!! I called the number back and is says the number is not in service. I will also add that I am on the National Do Not Call Registry.

This number just called me and a female voice just kept saying Hello, but there was talking and banging in the background, sounded like someone was hammering something. The lady (sounded like recording) just kept saying "hello". Very odd.

Someone called me fromtis number today at 5:46 am. This is just ridiculous.

I am so sick of all these people calling me and then hang up if you don't answer Please stop getting people all upset over your stupid calls.

Got FIVE CALLS in a row on Saturday from these fools!  No idea who they are, they don't leave a message.

I was getting about 5 calls a day from this number and was fed up. I finally picked up and once it signaled the person on the other end that the number had picked up, there was a beep and I said I was reporting them to the police if they do not stop calling. The girl said "Hi this is Jennifer from RC Cruise Lines, can you hear me ok?" I told them again that I am reporting them to the police if they do not stop calling and of course, the line was cut off. At least we know who they are claiming to be now.

I get calls from this number also and it is a Jennifer she calls me at any time this morning i got a call at 5 am its ridiculous  i block the calls from my phone and hopefully they will stop calling

I also get calls from this number 4-5 times a day.  I followed the prompts from "Jennifer" until I got to a real person.  He tells me that Royal Caribbean has partnership agreements with hotel/airline searches, credit/debit card companies, etc.  They are the ones who call, and if you follow the prompts it will connect you to the agent, but they don't actually know who called.  So the agent can place you on RC's no call list, but it does not put you on the actual callers list.

This call is a recorded call from a "person" named Jennifer, who sounds suspiciously like a robo-caller. They will transfer you to a company called "Caribbean Cruise Lines" out of Tampa, FL (that's what they said on the phone) The deal is to offer you a "free" cruise, but of course, you have to pay something for it. I asked them to add me to their do not call list, but they say I called them (not true) and refused. They called me at 5:55am.

I got 2 calls from this people on Saturday and 2 today.  I freakin HATE telemarketers.

This number has been calling me since 605 am. Went on the Poynt app to c who's this number belong to and it said my first and last name. This is so freaken stange

This company is for a free cruise.  They have called my 15 yr old son 15 times just today.  I went through the stupid robot Jennifer and spoke to a real person.  I asked them to quit calling my sons phone and to take his number off the list.  Since that phone call they have called back 6 times.

I called RC Cruise Lines and told them about this number. I gave them my number and it showed that my number was not on their record. So needless to say, they have no affiliation with them.

I've received multiple calls from this number for the past few days. When I answered today, I spoke to an agent "John Morris, corporate ID KB19410" for about 10 minutes. I could not get him to give me a phone number to reach him, or a website to find out more info. He was clearly reading from a script and not listening to my answers. He explained that they're trying to fill the anticipated empty rooms on the cruise ship, in exchange for my word-of-mouth advertising to friends and family. He explained there are government port fees ($60.00 per person) that need to be charged up front and he would send me the tickets. Because I did not initiate the phone call and had no way to verify if it was a hoax or not, I hung up. I called the customer service number provided by Mary on this website, above, (800 441 6858 - customer service) and spoke to someone identified herself as Jennifer Gibbon. The connection was scratchy and she did not identify her company when she picked up the phone, so --again--I did not give any payment information.....however, she did repeat the same information I had received from "John."

Just to add....I have found multiple websites showing unhappy customers that gave credit card numbers to pay for "port fees" and ended up being charged much more, and unable to get the tickets, or a proper timely refund. Also, many people said that they've been contacted by this company years later with balances that they supposedly owed.
This is probably a scam, or at the best, an incompetent company with less than good intentions. Too bad, but not surprising.
