Keeps calling with no one on the line

Call comes from Miami. Did not leave a voice mail.

got a call today. no voice mail

Has called twice on January 8 2013 didn't leave message first the second time I picked and it was a ore recorded message about auto-financing

called  on1  8  2014  some  arab  sounded  like  you  are  preapproved  for  a  car  loan.......    ya  I  told  him  to take  flying  leap!!!!!!

First, they are calling from India & spoofing caller ID- they are not in Miami.  Second, here's the scam-they con some idiot into thinking they are approved for a car loan they never applied for, then they get said idiot to go to Walmart to get a green dot card, load it with $100-$500 and ask them to call back and read the numbers off the card.  They are essentially asking you to pay up front for a phony loan that you will never recieve. Those Indian [***] are soooo clever!

Called and after a delay asked for "Michael" I said we have no Michael and he hung up.

They call our home phone several times per day.  Caller ID says Miami.  Sometimes when I answer they hang up.  My husband answered and they said they were calling for "Marvelous Jones".  They asked for that name another time, saying that Mr. Jones' car loan had been approved.  So annoying, I wish I could block this number.

SCAM! they call to say you are preapproved for a car loan. I never applied for a car loan....

Keeps faking calling!!

They've called my cell multiple times the last few days. It's just been at terrible hours or when I'm in class, so I've missed them. Once, I caught it, and a foreign-sounding dude muttered something fast, cut out a lot, and ultimately hung up. Redialing is either busy, or a recorded message blabs about a loan, prompts button presses--one of which is a "do not call" sort of thing that obviously doesn't work.

I took a chance and "pressed 1" for the message. I got transferred to an Indian guy and told him, "I keep getting calls from this number, and would like to not be called anymore." He responded, "Alright," and hung up.
I kinda feel bad for the dude, but if you're working scams, I guess you'd expect it.

Today morning I got a call from this number, I am sure he spoke with Indian accent and told that I got approved for a loan which I never asked for. I said I was not interested. He hung up the call without even telling any word.

Received 5 calls today.  We are on the Do Not Call list.

I answered & the caller says you've been approved for a car loan....I haven't applied for any loans and take me off your call list - so I blocked this number & then they switch numbers and call again(somebody need to do something about these scams!

Has called twice no one answers

They called my # SEVEN times yesterday & now it's 9:35 am on Sat morning & it's starting AGAIN!! This is total harrassment. Obviously computer dialing as most times there's no one on the line when you answer & when there is you can hardly understand them. When you tell them you're not interested & take your # off they hang up before you finish telling them then they turn around & call again!!

We never EVER answer our phone unless we know who is calling.  Our outgoing greeting is "please be advised that all calls are screened - if we do not recognize your telephone number or your name, we will not answer the call, however, you may leave a message."  If it's someone we want to speak with, they will start speaking their message and we can pick up.  The telemarketers NEVER leave a message.  We used to receive at least a dozen telemarketer calls a day.  It's dropped down to just a couple every few days as most of them have removed us from their lists due to the fact that we never answer.
