call saying I was pre approved for a loan
declined the offer and was told the money would be deducted from my account

Told me he was going to sue me cause i would not give him a person number that worked with me in my company.

I've gotten multiple calls from this number. First time I picked up and no one responded when I said "hello," so I said it again before hanging up. Then they called three times more over a 20-hour period (I didn't answer) and didn't leave a message. I was surprised by the last call (today at 3:05) because I thought I'd blocked the number through TWC, but apparently that didn't work.

I was called at 12:30 said hello no answer so i blocked the # they put the phone down again at 1pm had same number again @ 4:30am then again at 6pm very harassing but I continue to block.

i paid 3 time now finally got the loan of 7000

Congratulations! You're now todays worst SHILL! Leave it to you Indian Scammers. You can always be counted on to take the prize. Unless a Jamaican Shill comes along that is...

You paid 21 thousand to get a loan for 7 thousand.  That doesn't sound like a very good deal to me.  Why would you need a loan for 7000 if you already had 21000?

These people call me 5-10 times a day. I keep saying NOT INTERESTED! I have asked them to remove me from their calling list... They don't listen

There are no funds.  This is a scam.  Common loan scam.  Your money is lost if you paid them anything.

Things to remember about loans offered by phone or e-mail:  (Pay  attention to item #4!)

Loans
1.    No reputable lender will lend you money over   the   phone.
2.    No reputable lender will lend you money by e-mail
3.    On-line lenders are nothing more than conduits for another loan scam.
4.    Advance fees for loans are always illegal.    At  least in   most    American states.
5.    If   you want to borrow money,   go to an established brick and mortar   lender that has been around awhile.
6.    If you receive a call from someone with an Indian accent either a.  threatening you or b.  offering you something, you know it’s a scam and you should hang up immediately.
7.    These people are predators, the calls are not random, they have information that they have bought from various sources and know your financial history.  If you have ever taken out a pay-day loan, they have all your information.  They know who they are calling.  They like to pick on women, single mothers, the elderly and sometimes  members of the immigrant community.   Also,  those who might be in financial difficulty.

Do not trust these people they will call n call u saying your approved for a loan they will get all your information.  Saying that you have to put money down to get started. With a itunes card there are more than this number you got our people in on the scam. They will call from another number and say that the other person is scamming you when they in it together. They will make it sound good. So don't be a dummy like I was they will pray on the people who work payday to payday and who has kids

this company called and said could get loan if pay a one time fee of 100 for 1000 dollars and now if i want 5000 i can get
that amount for 250 and my payments will be 180 for 3 years..........

Same thing happened to me,  he said he wanted to make sure I could make the first payment
