scam number...they keep calling me with different numbers. they say that you have a lawsuit against you.

They keep calling me from this number asking questions about my social sercurity number

They called from this number saying that they are from a dispute resolution center. And that a law suit was put against me and my last four number of my SS number why they keep calling what can I do.

Called me at work did not leave a message

I am so sick of these people calling me.  I wish that some how they will get caught and do some time for trying to scam people out of their money.  By now they should know that people know about their scam I hope no one is giving them money.

I have been getting calls for 3 weeks now from a Gary or Jerry Martin (funny name for a heavy accented mideasterm person) who says he is with this Dispute Resoluton Center claiming there is a pending lawsuit against me and mentions the last four of my social only...no other information accept to say since I don't respond they will send a sheriff to my job, call my references, some court is going to call me within 48 hours and give me a court date, etc. I had a previous payday loan that was put in a bankruptcy over 2 years ago and I have passed along the attoneys name and number twice but they still call.  This is not a legitimate company because no legitimate debt collector would just continuously call you and never send anything in writing regarding the debt. I am really tired of these calls and today put a block on my cell phone so they can no longer get thru....hope it works!!

These people are not scamers . This is a real law  firm . I got notice from them as well as from the court house . So anybody who got call from DISPUTE RESOLUTION ... take it serious .. its not fake.. Bless you people .

jay dee...we all know this is a scam from india/pakistan...your people don't even know how to file a law suit we all know your jealous of our life style...you live in a shed with no running water you have to go to the dirty lake to bathe and get drinking water..

This number called me at work today. The caller id just reads "Florida," the caller did not leave a message.  I assume they have called my cell phone today.  How can we stop these idiot's from calling on a regular basis.  

I am fed up with this crap --- What can I do?  Threaten an act of terrorism on them.

Roni38...don't worry about this,,its a scam and these fools think they can get monies from us,,unfortunately its hard to catch these IDIOTS there calling from india or pakistan..when these IDIOTS call you and demand money from you or threaten you with a law suit then they listen very carefully to your response and if they hear that your nervous or upset then they will call you forever until you send them money and there is no way they can sue they don't even know how to fill out the paperwork for a law suit...
now on the other hand when these IDIOTS call you all you have to do is laugh at them and i mean LAUGH REALLY LOUD,,these IDIOTS hate that and they also hate when you waste there time on the phone of course the phone calls will continue for awhile but then they will realize that your a waste of there time and there not getting any monies from you and the calls will stop..then maybe 6 months to a year they will call again and you just keep on laughing at them really loud.
remember that IDIOT jay dee the low life who is posting his bogus [***] on here is very jealous of your life style as we all know he lives in a shed with no running water,,and there govt doesn't take care of them..when they lose there job there is no unemployment and there is no social security and no medicare that's why there trying to scam us because they have nothing but [***].

They are asking for $ 5,000.00 loan. I did apply for loan and they asked for payment

please do not ever ever give any of the india/pakistan people your info they will rob you,,,i know some of the collection companies in the USA uses indian to collect for them still do not do business with them tell them to have the original creditor to call you and most important change your banking accounts because they already have it then they sell it to the scammer indian people after you pay off your debt...remember there is no law where you have to do business with them.
always remember when the indian/pakistan people call you about a pdl...ITS A SCAM..
