He was very rude and persistent.  My teenage daughter answered the phone.
She thought he said he was collecting money for the firemen.
She tried to have him talk to her Mom (me) but he would keep talking. She
was so frightened she was shaking.

After this happened, I tried to call back the phone #, but I got the recording "this number is not in service".

If I ever find out where this a-hole lives.  I am going to shoot the SOB.

I get a call from this number at least 3 times a week.  I do not answer but this person is beyond annoying.

When I pick up the phone they hang up. Weird thing is, the name that shows up on caller ID is the name of my husband's dead ex-fiance.

I believe it is Florida Association of State Troopers (FAST). They also use 1-786-866-2525, 1-786-876-2529, 1-786-876-5417, 1-786-876-2533, 1-786-5400, 1-786-866-5411 and probably a host of other numbers with 1-786-876-XXXX

My caller ID shows. UNKNOWN CALLER... when I answer they hang up.  THIS HAPPENS WEEKLY
