calls as early as 7 am and as late as 10pm very annoying

I don't know who this is, but they call and never leave a message. I do not answer calls that I don't know and I won't call you back unless you leave a message...I wish they would stop wasting my time....

This phone number is a cell phone claiming to be a collection agency

It would be nice if the Government would have more restrictions on bill collectors.  The law's are out there but they are not enforced, so these individuals do whatever they want.  It's definitely a bill collector, they never leaves a message.

It is a collection agency...not sure which one. They call my phone at 5:30 AM!!! Isn't that illegal?! Who ever had my phone # previously owed somebody and now the debt collector won't remove my number from their list!

I have NEVER given out my cell number. I use optional software to block my cell number. I make all my calls threw my 800 number. I want that number known not my cell. Therefore, any collection agency calling is a SCAM artist.

Told me I had a debt of over 1,000 from a mastercard I never opened.  I requested paperwork/documentation showing/proving this card was opened and would not do so.

Very rude.  Calls at random times from multiple different numbers.  I called the number back and the guy almost seemed clueless as to why I was calling until about 2mins into the phone call.

Does anyone have a remedy to this solution?  In addition to that, they are calling my parents land-line as well and I do not even live there.  Is it legal for them to call my parents line??
