Calls all the time and hangs up on me or my voicemail. Sometimes last 4 numbers are  different but all start 1-800-159-????

Same. They have called my phone 4 times in the last 24 hours.

They told me that I'm qualify to get 8k from the government and I just have to pay $250

Called at 2:15PM.  Caller ID shows NOT PROVIDED  No message left on VM.   The digits 159 are phoney.  Phone companies do not issue prefixes with numbers starting with 1.  These were reserved for area codes.  Phoney company trying to get personal information.  Do not answer any call with a number like this.

I haven getting calls from 800-159-9551-9558 for the last 4 days. I answered and it took awhile for some very foreign person to say that I was eligible for a grant. I told him I wasn't interested and to take me off the list. They still continue to call. I have started blocking all those numbers on my cell phone
