yea, i keep getting calls from this number. so weak.

This number goes to the same place as well  1-800-368-5417

we received this call at our billing office 2/4/9 and the automatic voice urged us to call no later than December 22.

I called the number back and I think the operator said TCA.  Then she didn't provide me any information, but expected me to supply her with information.  I informed her that I am not going to provide her with any information until she gives me information.  She hung up on me.

I got a call, and returned it. When I told my name and the account number that I got from the automated machine, they couldn't pull up any information on me, and the call was five minutes later.

I received a voicemail from them and when I called them back to see what it was it just rang and rang.

In February 2009, they keep calling me home (sometimes it's a guy with an English accent that I would describe as from Dominican Republic, or Hispanic, yes, you can tell) and the funny thing is that they refer to Friday December 19 and some "deadline" of 22 December. They do not identify themselves and they say it is regarding "an important personal business matter; this call is not a sales or solicitation call and requires your immediate attention..." (!)

Received a call at work; When I answered the call there was a recording which said that I need to call 1-800-203-1552 for a very urgent business matter.

I received an automated message from this number urging me to call back.  When I did I was asked several personal questions which I refused to answer and when I asked who this was and why they were calling I was hung up on.

The call is coming to my cell; thus, using my minutes.  It shows up as "no number" then the recording says to call 1-800-203-1552.  Irksome.

Okay so I get calls and voice mails from this number a few times a day. Right in the voice mail they say it is a debt collection and who they are looking for. if you are not this person hang up, we'll wait 3 seconds then they give you a number to call back and a code to use. BUT at no time do they give an option if they have called the wrong number. SO I call them back and tell them the person they are looking for doe snot live here, never heard of them an I ask them nicely to stop calling. It works for a week. Then they start again. Same calls. Same person. Are they stupid or something. I think they get paid for the # of calls they make. It doesn't matter if it is a right number, wrong number what ever. I went away for a week and came home to find my voice mail box filled.... 15 messages from these people AFTER I asked them to stop calling.

How do you get them to stop. I've had the same number for so many years I could never reach everyone to tell them I changed it. So I don't feel that is an option.

Number appears on caller id 3 times a day, but doesn't leave a message. Is irritating.

This is a credit agency for ATT billing.  I have a current account with them, and have since 1998, and they are telling me that att sent me to collections for a past due amount on my current contract?????  The company is EOS LCA.  They were very nice, and helpful in trying to resolve my issue.

Automated call looking for some weird name. Said if it's not that person, to call 800-203-1552 to be removed from their list. I called the number and a man answered right away. I said I got a call for someone else and I wanted to be removed. He asked the name again and I said it wasn't me. He said he'd remove me. Was very pleasant to talk to. Hopefully it's not a lie/scam and he will really take me off

I get these annoying calls from 800-368-5417.  It says "Are you Mike Klip?  If not, hang up."  It then pauses and proceeds to give its message, even to the answering machine.  Problem is, everyone here can hear the answering machine even when I;m out.  So it;s a definite violation of my privacy.  The calls are definitely meant to harass.  If they have a valid reason for calling to collect a debt or whatever, they could send a letter or an email or have a live person call.  But they;d rather have this really annoying voice call, and PRETEND that it's so confidential, etc., etc.  Which makes everyone around listen and wonder: Hmm, I wonder what he;s done wrong!

In fact, I owe nobody anything.  I have an excellent credit record.  But of I could get my hands on these people .....

I think everyone who receives calls from them should call their 800 numbers and leave obnoxious messages fro them, several times!! Run up their 800 call costs.  Annoy them and harass them, just like they do to countless others!

This is a collection agency.  They called me looking for someone that lived in my house before I purchased it, over a year ago.  I guess they search the address and my phone number popped up.
