I've received 6 calls the past two days from whoever they are.  I don't answer calls I don't know and they do not leave messages.

Me too.  I get at least 3 calls a day from this number and I do not answer the phone and they do not leave any messages.  Must be some scam telemarketer or someone taking surveys.  Hopefully they will stop after not getting any answer and go on to the next person to annoy!

The call came up as CANADA and did not answer it.

This is UCB Inc. They are a debt collector. They work with Chase Bank credits cards and perhaps with other creditors as well.

I received 3 calls from 1-800-210-0453 about a debt collection on my house phone.  This caller from United Collection Bureau, Inc. spoke in regards to collecting a bill.  They did not use a name for anyone in particular in their message which is even more suspicious.  The asked us to call back at 1-800-354-4108.  I purposely called late to see what their "answering machine" may sound like and it was the same voice that left us the 3 messages.  For a legit company this is highly unlikely that the calling "agent" would actually be their machine voice.  Sounds like a fly by night company with one or two people phishing for info and money.  Also since we just purchased a new vehicle after the calls started and our credit scores were great, this is most definitely a scam.

They call my office about every day. As soon as I answer they hang up, I've never heard a voice on the other end.
