A person by the name of Ray Clopp stated that he was an arbiter with the Travis County District Clerk's Office.  He was evidently attempting to collect a debt from a relative of mine but he kept talking like the debt was mine; he stated that he needed $4,000 in three days or he would file a lawsuit, get a judgement for $7,000 and since he could not garner wages he would contact the IRS to see to it that they did an audit on me.  The caller ID showned "no caller id" and he gave me this 800-214-7835 number to call him back.  Since I didn't believe he was with the court, I called the court's office and they confirmed no one by that name worked there and that no way would an arbiter call anyone to collect a debt; that a lawsuit had to be filed first, then time to respond, then a hearing set; then after all that it may go to arbitration but never would anyone from the court call to try to collect a debt.  This fellow is a fraud and should be put in jail!  When I called his phone back (using *67) it made two or three strange short rings and he himself answer with just his name.  Looks like he's used this tactic with others ... see www.whocalled.us.

continuosly calling my job leaving messages representing himself as being affiliated with travis county clerks office. wanting money from me immediately to avoid further court actions, etc. threatening garnishment of my wages, even left a message for me with one of my co workers, stated his name was ray clopp call back number 1-800-214-7835/ Travis County Clerk

these are false accusations and there is no proof of any of these things being said about me and i fully intend on suing anyone posting false claims against me and this web site for defremation of charchter if you do not take these off of this web site

Someone just called my neighbor stating thy were Ray Clark and they left the (800)214-7876 #.  They wanted my neighbor to take a message over to another of our neighbors saying they had been trying to reach them.  They also stated they had sent a constable over but no one answered.  Travis County was not mentioned and we are in Orange County, FL.  He just said he was with the county clerk's office.
