Collection Agency using wrong names and wrong home addresses.

Asked for someone I don't know, have called many times before, never left a message if I did not answer, very annoying, using my cell phone minutes.

recorded voice dept collector. wrong name.

This number calls frequent, every other day, asking for someone who I don't know. I've talked to them before and said you have the wrong number but they keep calling and I don't answer anymore.

Call is from a collection agency called National Action Financial Services

He claimed he was calling for Chase.

They are a legitimate collection agency for Chase......

I already bailed Chase out!  Chase owes me!

No such thing as a 'legit' bill collector!

This debt collection agency called my cell phone to collect money from my sister's ex-husband. I haven't called them back to tell them that 1. I have no idea where he is and 2. Don't call my number, since I am of no relation to him at all. and 3. If they want to collect something, how about they collect my sister's maiden name and give it back to her.
The person who called was Erin Rizzo, ext. 3420

The individuals from this number contiued to call after I ask them not to, and that the person they are looking for, this is not thier phone number, they are rude, and there should be somehting I can do about this!

Collectors will push hard if they can.

Suggest you tape their calls (where legal) they do pay on lawsuits.

They keep calling my work and leaving message's have no idea what this is for or why they are calling me but not going over well with my boss.
