I have received numerous calls from this number.  I don't know if it's a legitimate debt collector and they have my number INCORRECT, or it's another sleazy way to drum up business.  
In either case, I have NO BAD DEBT and I DON'T WANT MORE CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER!  Does the consumer have NO RIGHTS ANY MORE???  I am insulted, offended and disgusted!

I have turned on call blocking and call forwarding for this number, it still comes through. I called my phone company, they said I didn't have 800 number blocking rights, they supposedly made me have the rights now, the tech who barely spoke English said he added the number, I doublechecked to be sure, it was there. I am on the do not call list. Who the blank is BANKCARD SVCS? The only message they leave is the same tired canned recorded message about lowering rates. Since I have no credit card, they have called in error, right? Wrong! This is a phishing expedition designed to get as much out of the poor people who have the hope of obtaining some kind of reduced rate. Come on Washington, get it together! You gave up on the do not call list asking for help with it from the general public, yet you still draw a salary for it? The same inept people are probably the ones responsible for the healthcare website fiasco. And we trust them with our Nations' defense? We are in deep doodoo. God Help Us!

It is from a debt collector called Century Financial

I received an automated generated telephone from this company that stated that I owed a debt and gave no further details (this goes against the rules and regulations of the Do Not Call Registry-No automated telephone calls from a company without the ability to speak with a “live” operator). It was an automated generated telephone call with NO ability to speak with a “live representative” from the company to determine what this was about. I believe this is a scam and should be investigated by our governing authorities for using IMPROPER collection tactics!
