I didn't answer and didn't call back.

Several calls on our answering machine. When my husband called to see who this was, Britney refused to tell him and hung up on him.

It's a company called "Revenue Recovery Corp" and they want you to pay your bill.  I called them back and a VERY nice lady spoke with me and we made arrangements on my old doctor bill.  They are very easy to work with and not at all like many collection companies you hear about where they use strong arm tactics.  Just call them back and pay your bill.

duchess obviously works for the company and the message by her was the same on another website verbatim (that means exactly the same, I'll assume you don't have a good command of the english language, after speaking to one of your coworkers). She used the name Rita before...

You are absolutely correct, John Q.  I was the post on another site.  Debt collectors NEVER use their real names...

The reason debt collectors are so ruthless is because a large part of there pay is commission. Most people dont know that hospital and or doctor bills are not a mandintory payment and cannot be forced to be paid

Got a call with a recorded message on my Cell Phone coming from 865-971-3810:  “This is Shelly and I have an important message from Revenue Recovery Corporation…Call 800-221-5431 to get your message.”   They did not address who they are looking for.   We DO NOT ANSWER CALLS that we do not know who is calling…nor do we call back on general recorded messages that do not SPECIFY WHO THEY ARE LOOKING FOR.

Got a message from Revenue Recovery Corp.  They said that they needed to verify the employment of one of my employees.
I called them back and they wanted to know if I owned (company name) and I said yes. I asked them why they needed this information and they said that they were hired to find out. I inquired as to who hired them and why and they told me it was illegal for them to tell me. After ending this call, there was another call from another person with a blocked caller ID a few minutes later.  DO NOT RESPOND TO 1-800=221-5431.  They are just gathering information on you and will not tell you why.

These people are [***]! Very Rude. They break every law possible, and act as though they are untouchable. Revenue Recovery tries to scare people into paying them. They lie to people, telling them they will send a officer to arrest you if you don't agree to pay them. If you try to make arrangements they tell you its not enough money and demand you to pay at least $150 to $175 a month or they will tell their client you refused to comply and they have no choice but to sue you. Don't Answer!

Mean people. Liars. Tell you they will send officer to arrest you at your home or place of employment if you don't make arrangements to settle this matter. I tried to make arrangements with them back in 1989, I offered to pay $75 a month to settle my account and they told me I only had the option to pay $150 or $175 a month until account was settled or they would tell their client I refused to pay anything and They would recommend
To sue me. They had me in tears. I was trying everything to make arrangements and settle the matter and they just kept threatening me.

I got a call from them and did not answer. They did not leave me a message.

I have no outstanding debt, but I did get new phone about amonth ago with a new # and I am assuming they were trying to get a in touch with the previous owner of my #.

Same company, left actual voice message, name stated was Jennifer, calling to collect a debt.  I do not owe any medical debts - whoo me, I paid them all off last year!  They can kiss off.

I did not answer and they left a voicemail identifying themselves as "Wakefield & Associates" and said that it was a call from a debt collector.  I figured it was a trolling call trying to scare some unsuspecting someone into paying debt they don't owe.

Message on answering machine saying this is a call from debt collector and call them immediately.  We receive lots of debt collector calls for others, whom we have never heard of. I assume they either had this phone number previously or lied when they gave a phone number.  Didn't call them back.

May 2017, call from Wakefield & Associates debt collector, would not give out any information as to whom they were looking for when I asked who they were needing.
