I have an idea I did it to the "Grant calls" and never heard from them again.
I do get calls from others like this one too but this is what I am starting to do.
The next time they call DO ALL the ASKING , ( It is ok to be angry ) .
Take their time up make them spell it out.
In a call center they get into trouble for long "TALK TIME" and no sale.
Their name or operater #
The supervisors name
The name of what it is they are selling
Their company name
The name of the company they are do in the telemarketing for.
Then look them up on the internet and complain to them for hiring such A55's
Many companies that hire them have websites.
The mailing address
Their email address
An alternate Phone to call them back ( Besides the one on the caller ID )
Just don't let them talk much, answer any questions.
Don't confirm any information for them!
Tell them you want the information for the FCC and FTC.
Asked them if they have ever looked up their phone # on the internet and that they should do that and will see just how many people are pissed at them..,,,,,, and before they can say any thing else END it with thank you for your time and information and hang up on them.
Take the information and go to the FCC website there is a place to report the information to the FCC.
I did this to one they haven't called since.
WE ALL NEED TO FIGHT BACK!
If this word gets out and allot of people do this to them it will cost them more money for calling.
