I've been receiving calls from 800-229-9668 three days in the row. Don't know who it is, but we didn't answer.

This call was from Thompson Cigar. I recently bought a box of cigars as a Mother's Day present (yeah, she likes small cigars) and now I find that I'm being deluged with emails and calls to sign up for a kind of cigar club. I told them online that I wasn't interested, I told a young woman on the phone that I wasn't interested, but they keep bugging me to sign up. This is my view on this -- I don't do clubs. Period. Once you sign up for one a periodic club it is nearly impossible to quit. They will keep sending you stuff, even if you didn't ask for it. The only way I've found to stop them is to wait until your credit card expires or to cancel the card and get a new one. So, that's why I won't go for the bait. It's a trap. I just wish they'd stop calling me.

Thompson Cigar Company. Ordered $136 of cigars. Then they call to sell me on their club and when I declined they hung up on me rudely. I will not purchase from them again.

I have purchased cigars from Thompson Cigar before.  I have told them many times over the last few years that if I wanted to order I would. No club BS. I will never order from these people again.  They don't know what NO means. "And their prices can be beat online and local stores for what I want." I will never buy something from a company that it to chicken to leave a message or block out the caller id.
