They just won't give up.  They have called me 4 times per day at my JOB!

I used to work there. They are trying to collect on a loan. They will attach your wages since they know where you work. Just call them and make payment arrangements. In most cases you can make a 50.00 a month payment to them and that keeps them out of your paycheck.

You have rights.  This company DOES NOT follow the law!  They use intimidation!  Educate yourself!
There are sample Cease & Desist Letters online to get collectors to stop communications, especially at work.

They have been calling and hanging up for a week now. I"m glad at least they stopped calling at my job. Now today I got a letter saying they will garnish my wages, tho I have recieved to court order to do so. What should I do? I want to finish paying off my student loan, but this is harrassment

Received call from this number claiming to be Trans World Systems not NCO...Who are these people and where are they located? Why are they giving different company names?
