My plan is to eliminate the use of my home phone all together. The phone companies don't give a [***] about protecting their customers against bull [***] like Bill Artiva (who ever that is)... So I am glad to not support the phone company. If you want to get rid of Bill Artiva - and his kind - get rid of the phone he is calling you on. Cell phones are a dime a dozen and a month-to-month plan works for me.

Just got the call this morning, I have no intent on calling. I know how these people operate, they are relentless and do not give up, be cautious of the personal information you provide. I am a corporate trainer for a cell phone provider, used to be a customer service rep and customer service manager and I have seen the issues that can be created from fraudulent individuals. Be aware.

I just got a call on my cell phone from this Bill Artiva person with a message to call that 800 number.

This really irks me as not many people have my cell number and I know it has to be bogus since no business like that would have that number.

I have been getting calls for several weeks saying- My name is Bill Ativa and I have an important corporate matter to discuss with you. For resolution call 1-800-236-3796.It comes up :unknown name and unknown number on my caller ID. I am on Indiana's no call list and have a private unlisted number. When I tried calling back, I get no answer, just rings. I don't owe anyone anything. I have a good credit rating. I have always paid my bills and taxes on time. I have 1 credit card with a low limit that I rarely use. I called them to see if it was from them for some reason, and they said it wasn't from them. I am sick of this caller. He is invading people's privacy.

Came in as unknown caller on my cell, just the number on voicemail. Like I'm calling him back. If he's a bill collector, he can reach me via mail. If not, he doesn't need to speak with me

His EXACT words are as follows:  "My name is Bill Artiva...I have an important personal business matter to discuss with you...For resolution call today at 1-800-236-3796...Again that number is 1-800-236-3796".  His voice is rather deep and there is no "hello", "thank you" or "goodbye".  I knew I didn't owe anything and couldn't understand how he got my cellphone number!!  I never returned the call and was stunned when I found this online.  My cellphone was out of range at the time (I was at work) so I had no caller id name or # show up on my phone.  He called at approximately 7:30pm (message said so).  Please help find this creep!!

I got the message on my cell around 5:57pm last night while I was at work and then again at 9:17am this morning. The same message was left both times. "My name is Bill Artiva. I have an important personal business matter to discuss with you. For resolution call today at 1-800-236-3796. Again that number is 1-800-236-3796." I tried returning the call 6 minutes later to find out who it was, why he was calling and tell him to stop but of course got no actual answer. An automated message picked up saying "Thank you for calling National Enterprise System" then the usual if you know your party's four digit extension please dial it at any time or press 0 or hold for more assistance. This call may be recorded for quality purposes. Then the phone would ring with no one actually answering. So much for having an important business matter to discuss. So if you get a call from him save yourself the trouble the number is for National Enterprise System. I was suspious of the number last night since he didn't even address me in the message. I found this site when I reverse searched the number on the internet to confirm my suspions.

I just got the same call from 'Bill Artiva'.  He called my cell phone, but it only rang twice and went right to voice mail.  I didn't even have a chance to pick it up.

    Thanks Guys.

Got the same call this moprning.  It's clearly a recorded message being sent out on a computer, which probably generates random phone #'s.  I searchef it and found this - I won't bother calling the # back.
