The phone companies don't give a s**t about protecting their customers against bull s**tters like Bill Artiva (who ever that is)... So I am glad to not support the phone company. If you want to get rid of Bill Artiva - and his kind - get rid of the phone he is calling you on. Cell phones are a dime a dozen and a month-to-month plan works for me.

I know how these people operate, they are relentless and do not give up, be cautious of the personal information you provide. I am a corporate trainer for a cell phone provider, used to be a customer service rep and customer service manager and I have seen the issues that can be created from fraudulent individuals. Be aware.
