once again they called

Got 2 phone calls within an hour of each other.  Both times the phone rang only twice then hung up.  When I call the number back they say that they are Inmoment a survey company (see web page www.inmoment.com).  They are contracted by someone, who knows who that might be, to conduct survey and customer feedback calls.  Survey companies are like political calls and are exempt from the "Do Not Call" rules.

This is a survey company that does satisfaction surveys in my case for a call I made to a company re: signing up for Medicare. I was told by them that a surveyor would call to assess my satisfaction with this company's quality of service.

Has called twice and never leaves a message......................blocked them!

I got this call last night as a follow-up survey for A company hired by IBM to reimburse retirees for their healthcare premiums.

If. It is legitimate, they need to identify themselves on the caller ID

It's legitimate - company who surveys customer satisfaction with Medicare insurance matching service!

as legitimate as that e-mail I got telling me I am going to get paid 5 grand a month to receive checks and cash them

Survey company for Towers Watson - Company that does health care insurance (very poorly) for International Paper Retirees

2 calls. 2nd 1 left a message to take a survey about my recent experience. if was from a company that provides healthcare re-reimbursement.

The caller ID for this number was "ginmoment". Left no message. I thought it had something to do with martinis. If someone doesn't leave a message I treat it like a spam call.

No message.  Telemarketers.  Should be shot.
