Operator said name of company was CCD.  They were calling about child support someone with the same name as me owed.

Service representative was abusive and claimed to be an agent of the government until I told her I was recording the call.  

Same rep would not give me the full name of the company, the address, or a direct telephone number.

Subsequent callbacks only met with hangups and more verbal abuse by "Pam" the service rep.

A recording left an 800 number to call back and said it was an important message for someone who doesn't live at the phone number they called.

I called back to tell them that they had the wrong number but they wouldn't tell me the name of the business just that it is a private company.  When I told her that I keep getting these phone calls even though I call and tell them they had the wrong number that the person they want doesn't live at this number.  She started getting rude with me saying they haven't talked with me before and hung up.

This company calls numerous times after requesting that I be put on their do not call list. They do not have the correct information on who they are calling nor will they disclose the name of their company. Telemarketing scheme. Harrassment claim is in proccess of being filed.

They call my cel phone 4 times a day and it comes up UNKNOWN. Finally I stayed on through the message that I should hold for THEM then it says THEY are busy so I should call back 800-272-1772. The rude @^#$^& answered the phone, "This is Jackie" and I said "Who are you?" and she said, "Who are YOU"? This went back and forth about 4 times then she said "Have a nice day if you wont tell me who you are" and I told her to GTH.

It's actually a federal law. That until a bill collector has ID full 1st and last name- they cannot actually legally tell you the nature of the call. That would be TP disclosure so as much as you all think it is a scam or harassment it is to protect consumers from letting just anyone answering the phone know that they are in debt!

I got a call from a restricted number and when I answered it was a recording saying they had an important message for K. I should press one if I am K, or whatever. Then later it gave me a number and I called them, got ahold of one person who told me his name, but when I asked who they were he didn't tell me and then they put me on hold for a few minutes then I talked to a girl who also would only tell me her name, not the company she worked for. She said she would take my phone number off the list, but didn't tell me how they got my number.

received a call restricted...rude mess left w/sister...returned call was on hold over 5 mins...then trans to a Lori, was instructed RE: med bills which had been pd in full by my ins comp...they informed me i was still responsible...i informed that this was a PPO prov and if not billed to my prime 1st they were required to write off...she got extremely crude...started wanting more personal info..i refused to give..what info she had is all she needed for the claim she had...immediately contacted my ins comp..which showed the claims pd in full...this is a scam to get you to pay your bills twice....she did not want to accept proof of payment from ins comp....ins comp said they are taking care of the situation...PLZ BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!
