2 calls and left messages with fax tones

This is KCI, a legit medical equipment company. The name comes up as "TOLL FREE," which is stupid on their part, but the company is real and will be calling about equipment they already shipped that was ordered by a doctor you visit.

I don't visit doctors, I see who is on duty that day, and haven't been to a doctor in years, they have no reason calling my cell phone, this is some kind of SCAM!

My caller ID showed "800 Number" and I let it go to voicemail, with no message left. I Googled the number and saw that it was Kci, a medical equipment rental company. My doctor told me this morning that they would see if insurance covered a medical rental. I answered the second time they called and confirmed shipping details.

This number is KCI, they shipped me a wound vac and had a legit reason to call, since I am doing business with them.

The call is from KCI a medical equipment rental company.

They called about wound care. Odd, i have no wounds. My Mom have no wounds. They wanted to confirm our information without telling me more specifics. They are fishing for personal information to do scamming!!!

Ex KCI Employee here, people who complain that "we're trying to steal their info" are just dumb, don't feel that important because "you're doing business with the company" if it wasn't for your insurance you wouldn't afford any.

They left message on my voice mail kept saying "Hello can you hear me ?". He kept repeating "Hello can you hear me?"

Foreign middle eastern accent. Could barely understand that they were saying "Wound Vac" and he was calling to service a machine that I certainly don't have. So it's a scam caller...
