Just got the call. Left a message saying he was Steven Bruno from fidelity investments and wanted to discuss my account. Sounded suspicious so I guess I won't be responding to this one. Thanks for the call Bruno and have a nice day!

Got a bogus call from "Fidelity Investments" at this number "Extension 412".

Received a call from this number the other day and the rep that I spoke to gave me a couple ways to verify him.  I called the number on my statement, gave the rep that I spoke to this persons information and they informed that they were a Fidelity employee.  When I called them back and listened to what they had to say, it was well worth my time.  Thanks for the help Fidelity!

I also called this number that sounds very legit but seems like a scam when they never answer.  I called the main fidelity number on my statement and gave them his name. They verified and read me back his phone number and extension as a legitimate fidelity contact number.

I got a call from this today (2/14/2011), extension 402.  Seemed odd, so I googled it.

I then called Fidelity at their main number @ 800-FIDELITY (800-343-3548) and was able to verify the persons name.  The call originated from the 401k guidance department.

It would be very nice if Fidelity would make sure their number resolve to themselves when they are googled.

Received several calls from Scott Hammond X 2447 about helping me with investments.  I finally told him I had his name and number and would call him if I needed anything, he has since stopped calling.
