did not know who was calling

I received call from this collection agency and it sounded like they said it was Tiberon Financial. I called the number back but received voicemail that they were unable to take my call... leave name, phone and account number.

If you get a call, hang up, don't return if on answering machine.  They want money, so avoid them at all costs.  Very rude, unprofessional.

I reported this Tiberon Finanical to the FTC in april of 2008, because of breach in security and unprofessional language. I also sent to them a "cease and desist" letter in april 2008 and they are still sending harrassing phone calls. I've recorded each time they've called and told them that I have sent a cease and desist letters, the managers have repeatly been extremely rude and unprofessional. they have violiated many FTC rules, FTC act of 1996, and of 1998.

They have called repeatedly and naver identified themselves.

They called looking for my daughter instead of calling her.  I am a widow and I don't need any more people calling me.  Please Stop.

They continually call my work .... that is against the law by the way .... my work only allows me to get emergency calls.  Very unprofessional and rude.

Bought out Tiburon Financial LLC and now are called Signature Performance.....Debt Collector.
