Says he is a Dish Network sales men. Very persistant and rude.

This is part if  dish network. they own hughes net.  EXTREMELY RUDE service. Sharon was insistent that i told her i wanted internet and even said i told her i had ADT. i dont want internet service, i do not have ADT!!!  What the heck is someone so rude working with the public? Funny thing is i later complained to Dish Network and the next day i was getting those scam calls from out of the country!!!  Hmmm. Hope my number was not sent out purposefully.

I was trying to call Dish Network to pay my bill. Dish Network's number is 800-333-3474 and I accidentally dialed 866-333-3474. Not thinking anything of it, this gentleman asks me for my 10 digit phone number and address. He then tells me he's with Direct T.V. Not thinking anything of it, seeing as I've wanted to switch and this seemed like a crafty way for Direct Tv to drum up business, I gave him some personal information (yes, I know, dumb on my part, first and last time ever!!!!), I didn't have the credit card on me at the time, so he said he would call back tomorrow and he also gave me a number with extension. I waited about 10 minutes, called the number back, and it was a generic answering service, no name of a company of anything. I dialed his extension and it said his name. I went one step further and contacted Direct TV and they told me that the number he provided wasn't one of their 3rd parties. I don't know where to go from here.........

No, you dialed the right number so did I, he told me I dialed 888 but I was on a cell phone,I could see I dialed dish! I called him back in 5min. Still he says he's with direct TV. But doesn't know how I called direct. I had already have him my card number to switch company's. So I call ten minutes later and wow I got dish. They are cutting in on there line some how. DO NOT mess with these people.

Called dish, but the man answered and said he was with direct TV. And could give me a much better deal. Already gave him my card #. Called ten min. Later and its dish. They hacked dish #.

I also called once, it was Dish and was able to get my account bill through the automated service. I then called back, a person answered and offered me internet. I almost gave them my card# fit Hughs net internet and thought it was funny she asked for my address... so I told her I'd call back. When I called the number back... another girl answered and said it was Direct TV. I called the 1888 333 DISH again and it was Dish again... so strange... I agree must be hacking in somehow!

I accidentally called another number and thought I was speaking to Spectrum. (I was one number off.) They said they were with directv after I had already given them too much personal information.....stupid, stupid, but I thought I was speaking with Spectrum who I have an account with. Then they called back with this number.
