Getting repeated messages from 800-287-9303, through internet search believe it is National Action Financial Service out of Buffalo, NY.  Apparently they collect old expired debt then harass people with repeated messages.

got a cut-off message from caller ID 716-650-6240, with a threatening demeanor to call back at 1-800-287-9303. I have no old bills due, I've been at the same place for over five years. I think this is some sort of fraud outfit.

Sounds like I am getting the same call; message is cut-off in the beginning and is saying this is my final notice before action unless I call 1-800-287-9303.  2nd day in a row I got this message, almost makes me want to stay home from work just so I can talk to the ******** on the phone instead of listening to a crappy message.

Please stop them calling people even during the night. They don't say what they want. It sounds like harassment. Please help.

For the past several months I have rec'd daily calls from a Buffalo, NY location - 716 650-6240. The message states it is a collection agency and threatens recourse if I do not return their call immediately at 1 800 287-9303.  It is obvious this is not true because their calls have been coming in for MONTHS - posssibly even a year.  I do not return the call because I in no way have outstanding debt in need of collection.  It is either a scam or the pathetic losers have been calling the wrong number - all this time - which unfortunately is my home.  I feel I am being harrassed - but I want no direct dealings with them.  I'd like to stop them using alternative means.  Any suggestions?

I've been receiving a number of calls from National Finanical Services 716-650-6240 looking for my son, that no longer lives with me, that is 23 years of age, it is NOT my responsability as a parnet, to be responsable for my sons finanical responabilites, or to furnish them with a telephone number, address, or place of employment. how can I have this stopped?
