No call just a bill for 12.99 on my bank statement. Never gave authorization, don't know how they got my info. Any ideas? They changed the number to new information to a free 411 directory. That number is 866-416-4017

I want this bill reversed.  I have no idea how they got my info.
I never gave any authorization!  This needs to stop immediately!

Somehow I started getting billed $9.99 each month from this phone number.
I don't know how they got any of my information.

weird odd membership....i called them and they said they have membership or something and that give me many benefit...what the heck is that!!!! i never want to sign in as their weird membership.  is any way to crack down them????

First off never got a call just a charge on my account. I called my bank about this and they told me to call the company. So I did. The guy on the phone said that I had signed up for this when I order tickets through priceline which I never did. So he said he "canceled" my membership. Im calling the bank back and see whatelse I can do about getting my money back

I just called the company number and had to ask three times how I joined this so-called club.  She said a check for $12.99 was mailed to me with club information and upon my cashing the check, I joined.  I never cashed any check.

She is refunding my $12.99 and cancelling the membership.

This is a total rip-off and if people don't read their bill thoroughly, they will be cheated out of $12.99.  Based on Amy's note, every explanation of how you joined is different!!

We should report them to the Better Business Bureau or somewhere.

I never got a call but I did get a charge on my credit card.  On my credit card statement last month there was a charge from TLG Livwell for 11.99.  I finally got that straightened out and got the charges reversed. I was charged this membership fee from 1800 flowers.com.  Then, this month I was reviewing my husbands credit card statement and came upon 9.99 charge from TLG Greatfun.  I am really ticked off.  I can't understand why this is happening.  who is giving our credit card info to scam artists and what can we do to stop this????

I had a charge on my account this month for 14.99. I called the 1-800 number and was told that I accepted an offer to save 50% on purchases. They are suppose to refund my money but, we will see. I have already cancelled the credit card and have the credit card company checking into this situation.

i was charged also 12.99. now that you telling me about the check i remember couple checks came for 10$ each, but i never cashed them either. called my bank, i hope they are going to remove it.

my bank called me said the amount in my account was in negative.  i just had like $5 left in it since i was planning on closing this account.  bank said i was being charged $11.99 every month for about 7 months now.  i never realised it and my bad i never cared to check my online account.  but now the bank is going to send me these fake transactions for my approval so that it can straighten out things.  hopefully it does and i do not have to pay extra money to a bank that i no more wish to keep my account.  the company is TLG great fun.  god only knows what it is.

I just called, they were associated with Classmates.com.  They will only refund 2 months and then you need to send a fax for anything over that. The fax # is 1-800-964-8115.

What a fraud! Bogus membership and for what? Benefits? What the.....? Was included in a Priceline.com purchase? I never saw any "fine print" while purchasing on Priceline. Shady company and I will never do business with either again.

I called the number and they said it was a yearly memebership charge from Classmates.com, I did a "ONE TIME ONLY" yearly charge and that was three months ago! I told them to cancel and they tried to persuad me that I wanted to have this membership. So is this what they did: They charge you the one time yearly fee and then charge you again in three months to see if you will notice? How many people really double check their charges on a regular basis? And how many charges are they getting away with?? I've just realized they've been charging me for over 2years 12.99 a month
and since begining of 09 they raised it to 13.99 a month.

Called TLG GreatFun @ the number above and was told that I had accepted this club membership with a discount from a store that I told the girl I have never heard of. All that I was told was that It would be removed from any futher billing.  Sorry, but what about this bill I still did not sign up for this.  "It is a total rip-off!"

Ok I know what it is now. It is a an access to a website greatfunds.com where you can get coupons for major stortes and restaurants . I'm going to look that up but I spoke to costumer represantive and that's what they say if you call the number you can cancel it

I found a charge tlg great fun $36.99 2/27/09. I do order movies from colubmia house online they said I clicked on their link and gave authorization for columbia to share my credit card information. I never did because I'm not interested in what they have to offer. Anyway I called 800-290-8603 they cancelled and gave me confirmation# and I should recieve refund 48 hours - 7 business days. 3/6/09 I recieved a refund for $11.78 so I called the corporate # 800-285-5903 the rep wasnt trying to give me the rest of the refund so I spoke with a supervisor name Toni Caldwell she then gave me another confirmation # and I should recieve my refund within 48 hours - 7 business days. 3/19/09 still waiting for $24.88 to show back on my card. I also reported my debit card lost so no more charges pop up... FYI this is a prepaid credit card I use for direct deposit so they must have been trying to put the charge thru everyday which finally went thur on my payday.
