"Toll Free call". No one was there when I answered.
music and an automated voice on my voice mail saying "I am trying to connect your call. I am still trying to connect your call." over and over again until the recording time ran out.
Missed the call, then called the number back "Thank you for calling Dell financial services, please enter the 4 digit extension of the person you are trying to reach."
Several calls everyday. 2 within 30 minutes of each other. Spoke to a representative each time they called. Asked for a Supervisor, Chuck Resa- floor supervisor, took the call and cursed me, called me uneducated, and used horrible racial profanities. I will be calling the manager George Munson first thing in the morning.
I called and just said can I have a mailing address. Some man named Charlie (they never give a real name or a last name.) So here you go, Dell Financial Services Payment Processing P.O. Box 6403, Carol Stream, IL 6017 Send these people a copy of the Fair Debt Collection Practices ACT (FDCPA)
they continue to call asking for my father from 800-291-0636. I asked the person calling what this was abou he answered very rudely "why?" and hung up. Another lady called about 4 hours later i asked what it was about, i advised her we are on a do not call list, she said it is not a telemarketing call. She said this is a financial matter. My father does not have any credit card debt, so i know they are lying.
Dell Financial. Everytime my payment is a day late i start getting phone calls from these idiots. Usually when i call someone and i get sent to voicemail i leave a message.. then that person calls me back or does whatever i asked them to.. Maybe if Dell left a message? Duh? I would know its them and not ignore the calls. Im a lazy MF'er and i often pay my bills late.. Sorry. and GFY Dell.
Ever since I changed my phone number (AT&T landline), I started to received phone calls from 1-800-291-0636. My caller ID says "Unknown Name" and I don't bother answering it. It gets annoying, however, because at times, I receive an average of 4 calls a day from this number.
I called this 800 number and got a recording, identifying itself as Dell Financial Services.
These guys (Dell Financial) will call you several times a day. When i spoke with someone and informed them that a payment was made (which it was), they said they would not take me off the call list until payment was received. I even provided a confirmation number to them and continued to get calls every few hours (on both home and cell phone) for days afterwards (until payment was logged in their system). I just ignore all calls from this number.
They are a bunch of dumb****s. When one of their collectors called my sister about a bill WHICH HAD ALREADY BEEN PAID, she told them the call was being recorded (which is legal in our State). The collector began yelling at her: "No, you can't!" When my sister responded: "Oh, YES, I AM!", they hung up on her. And that WAS that!
I keep recieving calls and there was no one there. I called the number back and had to sit on hold. Finally got someone and they said it was in regards to a Dell account. I told them I do not have a Dell account and I wanted my number removed. They took my number and said they would not be contacting me again.
Dell Financial Services. Acted like rude a**holes. They are trying to contact someone that had my phone number previously but don't know who because they use an autodialer. They said they would take my number off the list, but still get calls. Have been getting calls five times a day at least. A**holes.
These people call my cell, my house, and my work. I haven't missed a payment ever, yet they constantly call me. They never leave messages, and I only ever gave them my cell to contact me. I have no idea how they got my work number, but that better stop right now. Everytime I answer, I also get no response-- even after saying hello several times. I wish I never rec'd a Dell computer now. F***ing waste of time.
Once your account is 5 days late they start calling. They will start calling at 8am and continue to call through out the day 10-15 times. Sometimes they call as often as once every 30 minutes but usually it is once an hour. They never leave voicemails if you don't answer and if you do answer and tell them that the person they are looking for doesn't live there and never has and you do not know who they are they will stop calling for a day at the most and then start calling again.
Dell Financial Services has been calling our place of business every day for two weeks in regards to one of our employees, no matter how many times we tell them he is not available at our phone number. We have repeatedly told them to take the number off their contact list as this is a place of business. We are faxing them a copy of the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act today and ordering them to cease contacting us.
