Been receiving CONSTANT daily calls from this company, have asked them to stop for the past 2 weeks, hang up when I tell them to take my number off the list.  Causing constant stress with wake up phone calls, late night calls at dinner, and overall harassment  throughout the day.  Extreme crap and needs to stop before I drive there personally.

Well, they are calling me because I haven't paid their [***]. I don't believe they are attempting to sell you anything (except "card protection" etc, perhaps).

Received a letter with a number  in it 866 247 1087, a business called Encore, the operator told me that my account was no longer under their service and to call this number 800 292 7908.  That number immediately said it would text me and I was to text star and the letter y...this is a scam of some sort and I am going to try to find out who to report it to and get them into deep crap for doing this.

Yes it's GE Money bank. I have an account (now past due) and get calls all the time from them.
