Harassing call

Steve Fisher called me from this number saying that he needed my address so that he could send payment

Do you have physical address for this company? I have messages from a Steve Fisher, and now his is claiming he knows where my place of employment is and that he plays golf down the road. All things thant can be found using most map making programs.

Steve Fisher called my home several times saying he was trying to collect a debt from my husband. I told him that we never got a notice in the mail, he then got very upset. The next time he called he demanded full payment, I reminded him that we never recieved a letter from his company, he totally blew up at me and told me there was no sense in sending a letter because I would just use it to wallpaper my bathroom along with the other letters he supposidly sent!!  I was about in tears at this point, so I decided to google the phone number...I'm glad I did!!

My advice is to not give out any info to this guy, he is trying to get rich off of people..fast!

I got a call from a Sarah Davis from 310-909-8723, supposedly trying to collect a debt from my fiance. She was very mean on the phone and was yelling at me telling me to shut the hell up and going on and on. She screamed at my fiance and said that he was stupid and to hold on tight because things "were about to get fun" because she was going to get the sheriff involved "since we didn't want to cooperate." Well that call came in yesterday and she hasn't called back yet...its only a matter of time im sure. I agree with "Jen" above, do not give out any info!!!

Vivie & Audi if it helps I have some info. I also have Sterling & King's physical address at home (if you want it let me know).  "Mr. Fisher" is actually Kevin Mann. Their corporate attorney is John Engelhardt at 1524 E. Livingston St Orlando, FL 32803. You should probably also file a complaint with Lisa Boyd at the Office of Financial Regulation (1-800-848-3792/fax850-410-9914)lisa.boyd@fldfs.com. I got this info from a guy who'd been harrassed by this company. He's got a lot of info too seeing as how he actually filed suit against them and won. I'll post King & Sterling's physical address on here later this afternoon

Got a call from Sterling and King back in Oct 2006.  Was told they have a debt to collect for a little over $400.  I told them it was correct but have never received a bill and would pay as soon as I recieved it.  They faxed it, I paid it right away.  I now have 2 collection items on my credit report showing about a $2000 debt; one of which they show as paid and one as not paid.  Needless to say, there was never a debt that exceeded $500 with the creditor, the debt was paid immediately upon invoice, and they decided to ruin my credit anyway.  I am filing suit this week, any information anyone has on proper filing addresses would be helpful.  The only additional information I have is that they changed Registered Agents as of January 9, 2008 (filing date with secretary of state of Florida) to Jeffrey M. Koltun, 557 North Wynmore Road, Suite 100, Maitland, FL 32751.  John Englehardt is no longer the registered agent.

My attorney found new information. The owners are R and P Keenan. They have a few corporations Sterling United, Sterling and King, S & K Portfolios Sterling First Pay. My attorney says the 925 address is the correct address. We are looking for either a Class action lawsuit or material witnesses. People who can get these guys on tape breaking the law. If you get a phone call from Sterling and King GET IT ON TAPE

A man called from Sterling & King to my job, his name was Mike Martin, when I advised he cannot call me at my place of employment he began yelling I am going to get you fired! I am going to call your boss and tell him and get you fired! He said that I will be "eating crow" next week! I was at work and it very emabarrassing, I have also notified the State Attorney office....
