I was left a recorded message stating that an unknown person or (they) needed to talk to me and that it was not a sales call. I would have ignored it but i have been recieving up to 5 calls a day from this company so i finally called to have my number removed from there dialer.

- FED UP WITH THIS| 1 replyGot a call, and when I picked up the phone, I hear, "Hey, grab a pen, and write down this number. 800-295-5875. This is not a sales, nor solicitation call. It is very important that we speak with you". First of all, what collection company starts out by saying Hey????!!!! GIVE ME A BREAK. Like I'm going to call these a**holes back. I have no idea who they're looking for. If they can't leave a name, FORGET IT.
- Caller: Don't know

- KeithI have received many calls from this number and after getting very irritated, I called them back and talked to a woman who informed me, they are a collection company, (Harvard Collection) collecting for a bail bond company.(or something of the sort)
With a name I had never heard before. When I calmed down, the lady was very nice and informed me I would be removed from the list as I was not the individual they were looking for. If I continue to receive more calls I will indicate it here in the future.- Call type: Debt collector

- michelleThey have called 7 times over the last 3 months always leaving a recorded message. The most recent message was a little different than previous ones with some major urgency in their voice that it was IMPERATIVE and I MUST call immediately and it wasn't a solicitation. It was if my mother was in the hospital, it was that comical. I did call the number back once during their hours of operation and no one ever answered and I didn't get a voicemail either. These people are paying to have a 1 800 number so there should be a way to find out who these people are.

- Beep"It is imperative that you call us now regarding a bill your company has in our office. Please call 1-800-295-5875"...yada friggin yada. NO INFO about WHY they're calling, I don't have a company who could have a bill in their office. More annoying misdirected calls to tie up my phone. If it was valid you'd like to think that they'd state why they're calling and for whom, not this automated, poor sound quality, pre-recorded message.
- JoeLooks like it is Harvard Collection, but got recording with "grab a pen" line, however caller ID shows Harvest Service

- JustinThe guy said they are trying to collect "$95.00". When I told him the $94.00 bill from Commonwealth Edison (Chicago electric company) had been corrected and fully resolved with their refund check received, his reply was "This is another $95.00 bill." He got angry when I told him I had filed a compliant with the Illinois Commerce Commission when ComEd gave me the run-around (funny how quickly ComEd called after that), and that I would not hesitate to file another complaint about his actions.

“you can fax this to the review department but the calls will not stop until we get a payment from you..."
Very unprofessional and yelling at me when I was just asking nicely how to get this resolved.- Caller: Harvard Collection Company
