Repeated calls. When I picked up some guy started telling me about sweepstakes and that he can double my chances to win :) I said "Oh,WOW! I am sooo interested, tell me more. Just let me grap a piece of paper so I could write down your name, address, and the best time to call back :)" I did not finish and the guy hung up on me!  

Keep getting called, but thank goodness for Caller ID.

Keep getting calls from this number.  We have caller ID so I do not pick up.  When I call the number it replies marketing research and hangs up.  Like to know who is calling.

Star 69 identified this number as the source of a call received on 03/08/07.  Person just repeated some litteral "jibberish" and hung up.
Naturally, I took the unprecedented step of reporting the call to the FBI since I am employed by the US Government.  Let's see what they come up with!

recevied two calls 3-7-07 from this number but I do not answer calls that I do not know who it is. How do these people get our cell phone numbers? I called the number back and it stated that I was eaither called about a promotion or telemarketing line. No clue who it is or how to block them.

Received several calls from this number -- 3/8 12:04 p.m., 3/9 3:03 p.m., 3/15 10:31 a.m. (EST), each time answering machine picked up but no message was left.  Today 3/17 10:08 a.m. I received another call from this number and my son answered.  The caller asked for my husband by first (given) name.  My son told the caller he was not available but Kathy was, and handed me the phone.  The caller asked for my husband by first name.  I told the caller he was sleeping and asked if there was something I could take care of -- they replied no thank you.  I then said "may I ask who is calling" they hung up on me.  Not only are they ignorant this has become harrassment.

This # called me. I answered and they wanted my mom by first name. I said "May I ask who is calling?" A scary sounding male voice said "this is Mark." I told him that she couldn't come to the phone and asked to take a message. He said "No. Just tell her Mark called."
He was really scary sounding and kinda freaked me out. Thanks for all your info! -Lola G.

Caller wants my name to enter a local radio station contest (WRRM Cincinnati, OH) I said not interested.

this # called and left message on voice mail ...basically the scary sounding guy asked me if i wanted him to take off his clothes so we could !@#$%^&*( ..well i did call local police and have a case file on this toll free #..a detective will be contacting me later on this week.i did call back the number and got a answering message stating it was a marketing research company.i would like to know what the hell they are researching? how many people they can harrass per day?

Some one should stop being lazy (who works for the phone company)and post this companies information on-line so we all can start bothering these people, just by calling the 1-800 number you know to stay away from it, because it's a scam

I didn't get to the phone in time but when I dialed the number back (thanks to caller id on my cell phone) it was a recording stating it was for marketing research or something along those lines.

How rude these people are.  After asking for my wife, I asked them if I can take a message.  They then just said NO, then hung up.

Called yesterday afternoon, then again this morning. Left 2 calls just a minute apart.  Didn't pick up because I didn't recongnize the number.  Thank you to everyone for helping to report this person.

called 3 times today in a matter of 4 hours... on the last call was very busy sounding in the background and a woman asked if my sisters bf was home... when i said no and then no again to being his wife she hung up... how annoying...

I've gotten three calls from this number in the last twenty four hours. It's silly. I answered only once and they hung up as soon as I said hello. But I googled the number and found this site.

guy ask for my wife and hung up on me . i did call back the number and got a answering message stating it was a marketing research company . i want to punch this guy in the face so bad . i wiil be ready next's time ! ! ! ! !

I have been called to many times to count by this number.  I always ignore 800 numbers but just out of pure bordem I answered it once.  Someone wanted to enter me into a contest with KMLE 108 in Phoenix.  I told him that I hate country music and would probably never listen for the contest.  I could not get him off the phone so I just hung the phone up on him.  I got a return phone call within 1 minute.  Today, I answered the phone (got bored again at work) and the girl on the other end replied "oh god" out of disgust for something (not too sure what that was about) and immediately hung up the phone.

yeah I got the call from a guy with a mexican accent saying his name was Darth Vador calling about a contest from a music station in phoenix. I just hung up on him, but a while back I got a call from the same guy and somehow he had my name. And I found that really interesting because I don't have my name connected to my phone number in any way.
