This number is definitely HSBC.  They left a voicemail to call them at this number.  Tried to call without success thus far.  Caller ID displayed the caller as HSBC at 757-523-3000

This phone number is NOT for HSBC Bank.  This phone number is for Capital One Bank.  I recieved a phone call in or around August 2012 from one of their collection agents, an "Earl Odom",  calling for the wrong person.
