got a call but the number does not look familiar.

I got a call from this number too, but I did not answer.  Tried calling it back from another line and it just rang until it disconnected.

Caall came in, I did not recognize it, when called back, just rang and no one answered.  Calls every nite at different times, when I do answer, no one there.

This number keeps calling me and i want to know who it is. I dont have time for games or crank calls. im a nice person but they have called 3x a week for the last 2 months and frankly im sick of it

I received a call at 7:35pm and no one was on the other end. I tried calling back the number and it rang until I was disconnected.

I just received a call from this number as well. When I answered, there was nobody on the line. I said "hello" for a good 15 seconds, before finally going back to my other call. I then tried calling the number back. It rang for over a minute before the call disconnected by itself. I tried calling back to see if perhaps there was trouble with the line, but again, it rang until it automatically disconnected.

Third time this number called. 800-301-8401)
Got guy this time and was taking survey of last experience at Susquehanna bank.
Suggested that he let the bank put their name to the phone number as I normally don't answer calls that have NO names or 000-000-0000.
Bad customer relations

I got these ph calls a few months ago, they dont answer when u call back.
One time I answered and they said they were from susquehanna bank. I just hung up.
I ask people at the bank why they had people calling and they checked and said they did not.
They are calling back again.
I guess I just ignore it, but why have they not been stopped yet?
Is there not a way to find them? I did what I thought was right and reported to the bank chain.
Its not like they are using a new number..

coincedently opened a savings account at susq bank, and started recieving these calls later that week, every day, within an hour of the same time (4-5pm) never answer cuz i used to think it was surveys...but my co worker says they got called from a bank (same scenario???) and the person suggests that someone has their credit card number and needs to know their credit card history or number.  don't know if they were getting called by the same number or if 8003018401 is the real deal either way

Susquehanna uses an outside company for customer service feedback.

800-301-8401 Called me today, but no one there.  I called back and it rang until it hung up.  I too am a Susquehanna Bank member and recently used their message service online.. I wonder if that was something to do with it?  Not sure, but seems very unprofessional if it's legit.

I'm a customer Susq. Bank. Never answered, but others suggest that is the caller.

This number called me last night, didn't answer, however, there are scammers out there that want you to verify your credit/debit number over the phone  - DON'T DO IT!! A bank would not ask you to verify your information over a phone!!! If it seems weird, call your local bank branch and talk to someone there.

keep getting calls from this no 8003018401.  call the phone no and it just hangs up on you after the first ring.

keep getting calls from 8003018401 when I pick up no one is there.  Calling back does no good also.  Can't someone stop these annoying calls?

just opened an acvount with Susqusnna bank and the valls stsrted   No one answer when I sayhello.

I keep getting this call all times of day and after 8 o'clock at night. Sometimes 4 times or more daily. I had 3 open heart surgery's and don't need to keep being deviled by this caller.Please get them tto stop.

I also just opened a Susquehanna Bank account, This is the first call I got from this number., i will keep track on this and talk to the bank. I don't answer numbers without identity.
