Recieved a call but no message was left

Called didn't leave message.

Didn't pick up the receiver.
Called back and call was answered by an answering machine giving the name as "Global Knowledge". One option was to speak to a representative, another was to remove my number from their calling list. I chose to have my number removed.

I work for Global Knowledge and here's the scoop:

You may have downloaded a whitepaper from one of our partner websites (techrepublic, techtarget, techweb, etc) and it was related to the services we offer, which is IT Training.  We call to merely follow up and see if there is any information we can help you with for IT training.  We have a lot of business and management training as well.

If you do not want any calls from us, don't put in your legitimate number into Techrepublic or any of our partner websites!  simple as that!  You will still get access to those whitepapers and webseminars.

Yes, we sometimes use automatic dialers as the inquiries/followups are much easier to manage.  Yes we know about the delay between the time the call connects and the time it comes to me or one of my fellow reps.  We know it's annoying too!  But just be patient, someone WILL talk to you and all you have to do is KINDLY let us know if you do or do not want info and we'll understand.  We are not pushy by any means.  We just want to help out with information on our training courses and if you have any goals you want to pursue in the future.

These bozo's called my cell also, and yes, it is on the 'Don't Call' register. Why be 'kind' to Global Knowledge "Mike" when you don't show me the same respect... and oh, btw, I didn't put my info on your site.
If I wanted or needed to talk to Global Knowledge, I'd pick up my phone and call you.
So tell us, 'really' how you got my cell phone number... just like all the other lying spammers.

When they call my place of business my phone pops up as an "unknown" caller. I usually make the mistake of picking up and then it’s a barrage of constant harassment and overly pushy personalities -- this company is by far the worst
of any sales reps who call me. Reminds me of the AOL days when one tired to cancel an account. These sales reps are relentless, I am so turned off my their tactics that when and if the time comes for such services, I will make it my point to look elsewhere
