Constantly harassed me at my place of employment threatening to serve me papers on the job site if I didn't pay or make a payment arrangement only with a checking account.

They took $60 out of my banking account without any permission from me and that was on 10-13-11. Made me bounce a check to my gas company because of it. They are going to be hearing from me and i'm informing my bank tomorrow. Never authorized it or anything of that nature. Dont even know how they got my info

On Friday Oct. 28 2011 this so called payday loan co tried to get 90.00 out my account 3 times.  Now my account is really screwed up.  Does anyone know what this company really is and are they legit. I would love to hear from someone who has dealt with them.

well i called them and got threw, told them i knew i gotten a loan out and signed a document but didn't think it went threw, but i got 200 from longboat loan, didn't know how much the loan was, and i saw cutter group was deducting 60 which is the interest but not going to the principle, so i owe 260 which the supervisior is gonna call me because i changed jobs which the paydays changed for my jobs. So this is a collection agency that is withdrawning the money and harrassing you

I got an email from "longboatinfo@cwbservices.net" in September, which I ignored because I am positive that I never took out a loan with them. I thought it was just a spam thing, especially since I found it in my junk folder. Now I'm getting bank statements that say my account is overdrawn because they keep trying to take $75 out of my account all the time! They have no web site listed, no physical address, and when I tried to research them I couldn't find a website or anything belonging to them. I also tried calling the "customer service" number several times, and all I got was promises of speaking to a representative but never actually got through to anyone. Is my only option to close my bank account?

You didn't sign any actual documents either, their doing the same thing to me

Does this company try to sue or anything if you stop paying cause they are doing the same to me

This company has taken $90.00 from my checking account every two weeks. My wife tried to tell me!

Over the past two weeks, I have had over $600 taken out of my checking account (including overdraft fees and returned payment fees).  In one day, they took out three different transactions adding up to over $160.00.  It was then that I realized what was happening and I met with a banker at my bank and filed a fraud claim against them.  I did have to open a new checking account but does anyone know anything about this company?  I had never even heard of this place until I saw my bank statements.  I am not paying them anything!!  They haven't been calling me but they have been sending emails.

Natalie at M Callahan and associates calls me at work and home from this number, claiming she's collecting on an outstanding payday loan with Cutter Group.  Needless to say, I've never heard of Cutter Group and have no payday loans at all, outstanding or otherwise.  When I ask for documentation, she either hangs up, or says they don't need to send documentation.

I've reported this to my state Attorney General, who advised that it IS a scam, and to give them no information.   Per the Atty. General recommendation I will also report this to BBB and FTC.

Here is a number that you can call for a company that represents the cutter group loan company 1-877-252-0532.....If they do not have you on file you know that its a fraud and you can let your bank know that the debits was unauthrized and they will refund you your money, this just happened to my fiance and she called the number and they told her that they had no files on her, This company is a complete fraud. This is a payday loan company. When you fill out an application online for a loan it goes to multiple companies, which I am sure everyone has noticed. When you type your name on these applications it is considered an electronic signature. Be very careful putting your information online. This is not a fraud company but if you do not read the fine print then you are putting yourself in the position of what most of these posts say and not know about getting funded or approve by them and/or other companies alike. Read the documents, they are all legit. Use your head a little bit everyonce in awhile, that is all it takes to understand this process. Be aware of your monies too, if you are naive enough to put all of your extremely personal information online be prepared for situations like this.

So pretty much they will put all of the important information into small print?  Sounds like a scam to me...if this place was legitimate they would make sure the borrower understood ALL of the terms and conditions!  I never applied for anything and am very careful with my personal information!!!

The Cutter Group fraudulently charged my checking account a $60.00 "processing fee" - I'd never heard of the company and never took out any payday loans from them or anyone else, and have no idea how they got or hacked my info.  I had my bank remove the unauthorized charge and thought that was it.  Then I started getting calls from M. Callahan & Assoc. trying to collect on a payday loan they said I had with The Cutter Group.   I asked for written documentation several times, that of course never arrived since there IS no documentation.
I reported this to my state's Attorney General's office who confirmed it is a scam.

I"m having the same problem they deposit funds into my checking without applying for a loan.

Has anyone been sued by this company before or been served papers? They threaten that all the time. Just wondering....

Yeah they have been taking $60 out of my account over and over. I have tried to get my back to stop it and they won't. My account is being so messed up by this! I have tried calling the Cutter Group to stop the payments (that aren't supposed to be there) and they keep telling me I owe....

It all sounds familiar. I ca't get any one at that second number either. How do I stop them short of closing my account.
