When I called the number, it turned out to be a company offering to intercece in Federal student loans.  Not sure if they're legit (so few of these companies are).

I received a missed call from them, when i called back they said they wanted to consolidate my federal student loans. So many scams over the phone. I looked into them, they are legit. I just don't have any student loans.

I'm getting tired of these calls and I think this one company or group of people who are using several numbers to call from because I have already cussed out people from 2 other numbers from [***] trying to get me to pay them form my loans.  Isn't there some way to file a class action lawsuit against these [***] for harassment?

Creepy automated voice message... Wanted me to call them back about Federal student loans. They did not identify what company it was... They only said "call back my department."

Really. They call and leave messages, not even a chance to answer the phone. Then they go on about "You can lower your payments for your student loan".  When you call them back to ask that your number be marked Do Not Call, they go on about your student loan, or your spouses student loan or the student loan you signed for your children.  What part of WE DO NOT OWE STUDENT LOANS do they not get?   So much for the do not call listing.

I keep getting recorded calls; when I called the number and told him to quit calling the man was indignant sayind he did not call me.  

I have the same problem.  Finally talked to someone and they asked a bunch of questions then hung up.   I could never get a hold of them again.  Pretty sure it's a scam.

Yet another student loan scam. You can consolidate your loans and apply for programs FOR FREE. These companies are out just to sucker people who don't know this.

Every day I get a recorded message from this number on my work phoe! How can I block them from calling me?

I get calls from this number 800-311-5648 and other phone numbers asking me if I'm interested in student loan assistance.  These people never give up...and they called my landline.  They do not stop....ever.  They continuously call every day, several times per day...it never ceases.  I don't know how they have the authorization to harass a person several times a day,  every single day.  It never lets up.  I tell them I am not interested.  What happens,  I get a call about the same thing from a different phone number.  It's just non-stop harassment....how can they get away with this?  I am so sick of these phone calls.

Got a ton of calls from these people lately. They are super rude. Told them to take me off their list and just hung up on me. Seriously, people ... here is a thought. Next time they call, fake you will join their program and then just hang up on them at the end. Let them have a taste of their own medicine!

Called my cell phone 4 times in a minute. Never left a message. Always call me back to back several times during day. Don't know who they are.

like many others, I keep getting call after call... multiple times each day. I never answer- sometimes they leave a message, but more often they don't. I block one number, they start calling form a different number. I cannot believe this harassment is even legal!  I am to the point of switching the phone number I have had  for over a decade. I needn't tell you how much of a hassle this will be, but I am beginning to think it is the only way to get these jerks off my back!

Keep getting calls from HUNDREDS of various numbers from all over the country.  Some only Spanish speaking,  others saying something about my car insurance, and some about student loans.  I keep adding the numbers to my auto reject list but they just start calling from another number! ! And when I try and return the calls.... MOST say the number can not be completed as dialed,  please check the number and try again.  SO SICK OF THESE.  How do I make them stop?
