Called son at home, would not give name or reason other than "its important" and for me to return the call...which I didnt.

Don't know who this is.  Have been called every day this week.  Message is cut off all I get is the last 4 numbers and their hours of operation.

Specialed Loan Servicing, the absolutely worse mortgage servicing company. They call every day, and we are curent on our mortgage. They are morons! Watch out thou, they hold your check until it's late and then try to say you have late fees.

SCAMMER ALERT

SLS is known as "Specialized Loan Servicing LLC". They have been illegally calling with pre-recorded messages promoting their loans. You do not have an option to speak to someone live. The pre-recorded message gives their toll free number and their website SLS.net. This is illegal telemarketing. I am on the www.DoNotCall.gov list. I've read numerous reviews of this company. They are SCAMMERS in the mortgage industry. Their website is an overnight cheap cheesy site. I'm sure they will fold the company and start a new one once attorney generals in various states begin to file lawsuits.

Been a while since anyone has posted a complaint about this number, but I'm here to tell you that they are still at it. (June 20, 2014).  Calls begin @ 8:15am and continue all day.  It's a Loan Service BS company.  I called Verizon and since they appear on caller ID as Unknown, Anonymous Call Blocking should stop it (editors note: unless they are using VoIP).  Also, if you are a Verizon customer, call 800 257 2969 and report.  It's their Annoyance reporting service.  Everyone should be on the DNC list by now, but again, if they are using Voice over IP (Internet Calling) no one can really block them.  If these guys have you in their sights, that sucks.  If you are feeling nefarious, buy a boat air-horn, try to get a live operator on the line, and speak with your horn.  (Metaphor- I am not endorsing any criminal behavior).

Signed into my skype for the first time in a couple weeks and saw all these missed calls from this number. I haven't applied for anything or even given this number out much. Oh well, I'll stay signed out and let them waste their time.

They buy defaulted loans from other companies (e.g.CLC Consumer Services) & try to collect, they are in CO & GA....

Day after day. Message welcomes me to their company. I did not call or contract with them. In fact I never hear of them and I don't need specialized loan servicing. DNC list is a joke!

Called my husband. (Used a name he doesn't use.) Refused to identify the company or the purpose of the call!  Said it was 'personal.'  He has no business that is so personal that I am not involved. He is a senior citizen and I am his watchdog against getting involved in telemarketer scams. This is a disgusting use of privacy laws--to get their hands on the elderly!

SLS is the worst of the worst.  Dummies to the 25th power.  The screwed up my escrow account and you can't ever speak to anyone!  Horrible company!!

I have no idea who these people are or why they called me or how they got my number.  Never contacted them and do not pick up their many calls.  No association with them at all.

They call all the time and when I answer they want to verify information. I don't provide any information so they keep calling. Ohh well.

Calls almost daily. I have them blocked but the still call. You would think that they would quit calling knowing that the are blocked.

Multiple calls per day trying to get us to sign up for  a loan.

They are a collection agency/mortgage company.  My mortgage was sold to them and they are the worst.  Even thought my payments are current they continue to call.  They want you to set up automatic payments then tell you there is a $9.95 charge for each automatic payment - - what kind of scam is that?

Verified that this is Specialized Loan Servicing. My loan recently got sold to them. So far (but it's only been one payment), they processed the payment quickly. (I say this based on some previous comments about this company), so we'll see how it goes. I am now concerned that their customer service is poor (and possibly moronic) based on previous posts. (Thanks to the folks who posted; I appreciate the info!)
I logged this post as a 'debt collector' since there was nothing else close to categorizing this - though they are a debt collector, but also a servicing house. Because I am current on my loan, one can only assume that they are calling to 'offer' their auto-payment (for a fee) option as previously posted by another customer.  I'm going to answer next time just to see what they have to say. Will post more after my conversation, should they call again....which I'm sure they will. Maybe after speaking to them, I can get them to stop calling.

They have called my house several time never say who they are looking for just welcome to their company. I answered today and they ask for my daughter. He could not even say here name correctly. I wonder if her mortgage was sold to them? He said he could not tell me anything.

This is Specialized Loan Servicing, a mortgage servicing company, that calls even when your are current on your loan. Must be awful if you are not current! Legit but not sure why they are calling since they have no reason to call, so I do not answer or call back in the name of security, I guess.
