- DISGUSTEDI have no idea who in the blazes they are but, they are disrupting MY life, calling MY PHONE NUMBER (which I've had for TEN SOLID YEARS) for a person I DON'T EVEN BLOODY KNOW. Options? HAH! Press blah if you are the person, press blah to place this call on hold for one minute, press blah if you are not the person. And what do I get with the "I'M NOT THE PERSON OPTION"?? Either an *instant* busy signal or, FIFTEEN WASTED MINUTES OF MY LIFE AND THEN A BUSY SIGNAL. THIS IS HARASSMENT AND I WILL REPORT TO THE FCC IF IT DOESN'T STOP!!!!

- KimberlyThis company calls several times a week asking for someone whose name I do not recognize (I'll use the name John Doe). I selected the option that they have a wrong number and was placed in a queue for a representative. After waiting for approximately 10 minutes, the representative who answered the line immediately asked if I was John Doe. I ignored the question and asked who was calling. The person became agitated and repeated herself, wanting to know if I was John Doe. I told her that before I answer I want to know who is calling. She said that it doesn't matter who is calling and that the question is simple, am I John Doe? I said I was with a law firm (which is the truth and we handle collections) and that they call several times a week and that it does matter who is calling us. She raised her voice and said that she hasn't called several times a week and that it doesn't matter who is calling. She had the nerve to ask again if I was John Doe. I hung up on her. Not professional, I know, but this was someone clearly trying to illegally obtain information. You have no obligation to ever answer questions from a company that will not disclose who they are and what they are calling in reference to. Especially if the company is trying to conceal its identity.

- JJThis number calls my house every day. I finally picked up and it was a Collections Agency saying I owe LA State Taxes from 1998. The man litterally started yelling at me over the phone; I asked him to stop yelling at me and he got more irate... so I hung up.
Even if this IS legit, that is a bizarre way to try to get someone to mail you a check. Do yourself a favor... screen calls and do not pick up from this number.- Caller: Credit Collection Services
- John DoeI spoke with an individual called, Alex Ext. 7895.
After asking some basic questions this person got a serious attitude on the phone. I don't want to give an individual I do not know personal info. This person needs basic class on how to communicate with someone.- Call type: Debt collector
- Frank FaustGet this number several times a week for someone who is not me. I want them to stop calling me
- CKThey call about 2 or 3 times a day and never leave a message except once. They were looking for someone I've never heard of and in the recorded message they were instructing this person to go to www.warningnotice.com and they even left a file/case number. What gives with that? They say "this call is about a personal business matter" and " should not be listened to by other people. huh? makes no sense if they leave a website and file/case number in the recorded voicemail for just anyone to look into. Good grief.

- Janet PottsStop calling my number...I don't know who you are and there is no way to reach you.
- NCI get a computer generated call from the above number almost on a daily basis between 8 and 10am. They say it is an "urgent business call" regarding a company that my family owned almost 8 years ago. They give 4 options...at first I chose Option 1 which was to talk to them and was put on hold for several minutes while "all operators were tied up with other clients" and then they asked for a number where I could be reached...hello...they called me. I now choose Option 4 which is that they have the wrong number. There is then an automated apology, yet they keep calling day after day. Any suggestions???

- pwWhen I filed my federal income taxes this year, I paid a state balance of 328.00. I received a letter from the state, (Louisiana), acknowledging they received the payment, and my balance was 0.00
Then this number started calling. When I told them I had already paid it, she began to say, it was not the same bill, but one for a similar amount, (exact amount as what I paid; imagine that?) I told her not to call me, and I would deal directly with the state. They call no less than 5 times a day, usually more. I have my cell set on "no ring" with their # programmed in.
I do not have much faith in this being resolved; I had problems with the state of La. back in the 80's. I paid them the amount owed in 1988, (it was under 200.00). Suddenly in 2000, the state put a lien on my fed. tax return money, for the amount owed from the 80's, the amount I paid! I heard the same [***] back then, that even though the bill was for the exact same amount, it was a "different" tax year. I ended up paying it AGAIN, because I could not get grants or even student loans as long as the state said I owed them back taxes. I am sure I will have to pay this amount again; I think it is just a scam for the state to fraudulently obtain cash from poor people like me!
I think it is sick, & criminal, that a state government office would employee these crooks to steal from tax payers.- Caller: A$sholes!
